Flexible cooling system for vehicles
A cooling unit (506) for a vehicle (200) is provided. The cooling unit includes a compressor (428) electrically connected to a power module (314), a condenser (530) operably connected to the compressor, an evaporator (536) operably connected to the compressor and the condenser, the evaporator configured to cool ambient air (520), and at least one flexible duct (208) configured to fluidly connect the evaporator with a cargo held in a cargo space of the vehicle.
HVAC SYSTEM FOR BUILDINGS
A ventilation system comprises a plurality of axial fan units, each having at least one axial fan having a rotational axis generally parallel to a downstream flow caused by the axial fan, and at least one grill positioned adjacent to the at least one axial fan in a downstream flow path of the axial fan unit, the at least one grill directing an air flow of the axial fan. At least a first series of the plurality of axial fan units is adapted to be positioned at a top of a plenum arrangement extending from a bottom front of a refrigerated enclosure, to a rear back of the refrigerated enclosure, said top being at a top of the rear back. At least a second series of the plurality of axial fan units is adapted to be positioned above an area to cool and oriented to project its downstream flow in a downward direction to direct its downstream flow to said area to cool. The first series of the plurality of axial fan units is oriented to project its downstream flow in an upward direction toward the second series of the plurality of axial fan units such that the first series is adapted to direct air from the plenum arrangement to the second series.
MULTIPLE TEMPERATURE AUTOMATED STORAGE SYSTEM AND METHOD
A multiple temperature automated storage system includes a rack with multiple levels of shelves defining item storage positions, an aisle at each level, and a plurality of shuttles adapted to operate in the aisles for storing items to and retrieving items from the storage positions. A thermally insulated enclosure encloses some of the levels of the rack to define a low temperature zone with the remaining levels of the rack defining a higher temperature zone. A method of storing items at two different temperatures in a common automated storage system includes having a first portion of the automated storage system enclosed in a thermally insulated enclosure and a second portion of the automated storage system outside of the thermally insulated enclosure. A lift is provided in the second portion for supplying items to and retrieving items from both of the first and second portions, without entering the first portion.
Blast cell cooling with guided airflow
A blast cell system is provided with simple and scalable designs that prevent short cycling of air flow through any pallets in blast cells. The blast cell includes a plurality of suction channels that provide independent fluid pathways for directing the air drawn from different rows in the blast cell into the fan.
VACUUM SPUTTERING APPARATUS AND ITS VACUUM ATMOSPHERE EXCHANGE DEVICE
A vacuum atmosphere exchange device used in a vacuum sputtering apparatus is provided. The vacuum atmosphere exchange device has a substrate transferring track. The vacuum atmosphere exchange device has a cooling device disposed along a transferring path of the substrate transferring track to rapidly cool down a film formation substrate on the substrate transferring track. A vacuum sputtering apparatus is also provided. By using the vacuum sputtering apparatus and the vacuum atmosphere exchange device thereof, the substrate after the deposition process can be rapidly cooled down such that the problem of film quality caused by high temperature and temperature non-uniformity can be resolved.
Air conditioning system, indoor unit of air conditioning system and method for controlling the same
An indoor unit of an air conditioning system is provided. The indoor unit according to an exemplary embodiment includes a blower fan, a plurality of micro-holes configured to discharge cool air flowed in from the blower fan, a temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature, and a processor configured to control a speed of the blower fan, wherein the processor, in a first mode, controls the speed of the blower fan according to a temperature sensed by the temperature sensor, and in a second mode, corrects the sensed temperature by applying a temperature correction coefficient and controls the speed of the blower fan according to the corrected temperature, and wherein the temperature correction coefficient is a coefficient set for compensating a difference between the sensed temperature and a temperature of a target height.
LOCKER SYSTEM
A system for secure delivery or collection of goods includes at least one lockable storage space, in which the temperature of the at least one storage space is independently controllable to provide any one of: ambient temperature; or chilled temperature; or frozen temperature on an as needed basis. Access to the storage space may be remotely programmable. A controller may be configured to set a temperature set point for the storage space based upon goods in a customer order that will be stored in the storage space.

A refrigeration device includes: a refrigerator; a heat pipe that includes a condensation unit connected to the refrigerator in a manner that heat exchange is enabled and adapted to condense a refrigerant, includes an evaporation unit connected to a storage chamber housing an object that should be stored in a manner that heat exchange is enabled and adapted to evaporate the refrigerant, and includes a piping circulating the refrigerant between the condensation unit and the evaporation unit; a refrigerant chamber connected to the heat pipe and adapted to pool the refrigerant; and a heater that heats the refrigerant chamber.
REFRIGERATION DEVICE
A refrigeration device includes: a refrigerator; a heat pipe that includes a condensation unit connected to the refrigerator in a manner that heat exchange is enabled and adapted to condense a refrigerant, includes an evaporation unit connected to a storage chamber housing an object that should be stored in a manner that heat exchange is enabled and adapted to evaporate the refrigerant, and includes a piping circulating the refrigerant between the condensation unit and the evaporation unit; a refrigerant chamber connected to the heat pipe and adapted to pool the refrigerant; and a heater that heats the refrigerant chamber.
