REFRIGERATOR CALIBRATION METHOD AND SYSTEM, AND REFRIGERATOR
20220018596 · 2022-01-20 ·

A refrigerator calibration method and system, and a refrigeration device is described. According to some embodiments of the refrigerator calibration method, by means of the variation in the temperatures of a plurality of compartments after any one refrigeration system operates for a predetermined time, a correlation between the refrigeration system and a compartment can be determined, such that a connection between the refrigeration system and the compartment does not need to be pre-specified. Therefore, a refrigerator being unable to perform normal refrigeration due to a connection error during a production process can be effectively avoided, and the probability of needing to repair the refrigerator is reduced, thereby improving the production efficiency of the refrigerator and the reliability of the refrigerator.

Refrigeration bin

A refrigeration bin is disclosed. The bin includes a product display area defined by four side walls, a floor, and an access opening. Also included are an air supply vent on each of a first opposing set of the side walls, and an air return vent near each of a second opposing set of the side walls, in which the second opposing set of the side walls are adjacent to the first opposing set of the side walls. There is a return air duct, a first end of the return air duct in air flow communication with the air return vent, and a supply air duct, the first end of the supply air duct in air flow communication with the air supply vent, allows air flow in the display area. A cooling device is included for cooling air before it enters the supply air duct. The refrigeration bin can be useful to showcase foodstuffs in grocery stores and the like.

Refrigerator

A refrigerator includes an inner case configured to accommodate a refrigerated item therein, an outer case configured to surround the inner case, a heat insulator configured to be at least partially disposed between the inner case and the outer case, and a reinforcing member disposed between the inner case and the outer case to support the outer case and having a fastening part to couple the refrigerator with another refrigerator installed adjacent to the refrigerator by using a connection member, and the fastening part coupled to the connection member to enable alignment between the refrigerator and the another refrigerator.

Control method for refrigerator

A control method for a refrigerator comprises driving a first cooling fan to cool a first storage chamber; adjusting a damper to cause cold air to simultaneously flow through first and second cold-air passages; adjusting a damper to reduce the opening angle of the first cold-air passage, when the temperature of a high-temperature chamber reaches a value smaller than or equal to a second reference temperature for the high-temperature chamber; adjusting a damper to reduce the opening angle of the second cold-air passage, when the temperature of a low-temperature chamber reaches a value smaller than or equal to a second reference temperature for the low-temperature chamber; and driving a second cooling fan to cool a second storage chamber. When a predetermined time elapses or the sensed temperature of the high-temperature chamber reaches a first set temperature, the damper is adjusted to increase the opening angle of the first cold-air passage.

CONTROLLED THAWING CABINET

An enclosed unit for thawing a food product is provided. The unit includes a food storage compartment and auxiliary compartment. The auxiliary compartment receives air flow from the food storage compartment and directs air across an evaporator and a heating element. A controller controls operation of the evaporator and the heating element to control the temperature around one of several nominal temperature levels associated with a recipe to thaw frozen food items disposed within the food storage compartment in a controlled manner, which is faster than placing the food within an initially refrigerated compartment for thawing.

Hatch device which allows for a minimal modification in the service hatch cover's structure during installation

A hatch device comprised by a main support body, a flow guide piece and an optional plug, which allows for minimum modifications in the service hatch cover's structure during installation.

MOBILE REFRIGERATOR HAVING BUILT-IN HANDLES

A mobile refrigerator having built-in handles, comprising a box and handles. The side portions of the box are provided with recesses for accommodating the handles; each handle comprises a fixed base, a turnable handgrip, and springs; the fixed base is connected to the box by means of bolts; the turnable handgrip is turnably connected to the fixed base by means of the springs; the turnable handgrip comprises a grip, a first turning member, and a second turning member; the grip is connected to the first turning member and the second turning member separately by means of bolts; the first turning member and the second turning member are turnably connected to the fixed base separately. The springs are provided at the handle, and the handle is adhered to the box by means of the elasticity of the springs, and thus does shake during movement; multiple limiting plates form different intervals, the elasticities of the springs are different when the springs are in different intervals, so as to adjust the tightness of the springs, i.e., the closeness of the handle adhered to the box is adjusted; by means of the abutting of inner limiting protrusions and outer limiting protrusions, the turning angle of the handle is limited, thereby preventing the handle from being damaged due to too large turning angle.

ICE BUCKET HAVING NOISE DAMPENING CHARACTERISTICS FOR USE IN A REFRIGERATOR

An ice bucket for storing ice pieces having noise dampening characteristics is provided for use in a refrigerator. For example, a noise dampening lining material is disposed on at least a portion of at least one the bottom wall or the side wall in the interior space of the ice bucket. Alternatively, at least a portion of at least one of the bottom wall or the side wall is reinforced with a honeycomb pattern, thereby to reduce vibration transmission and sound amplification. Still further, at least one grommet is disposed on an exterior portion of the bottom wall of the ice bucket so as to rest on a floor of the ice compartment region, thereby to reduce vibration transmission and sound amplification.
