Convertible bedside bassinet and changing table
A convertible bassinet including a mobile support enabling selective movement about a supporting surface and a braking apparatus providing the ability to secure the mobile support in a laterally fixed position on the surface. The mobile support also includes a vertical adjustment mechanism enabling the height of the bassinet to be altered by a user. The bassinet further includes a top perimeter frame with a position actuator for varying the height of the top perimeter frame above a child supporting surface. When in an uppermost position the perimeter frame defines a bassinet. A changing table surface is defined when the perimeter frame is repositioned to a lowermost position. Resilient connectors between the position actuator and the perimeter frame members allow the top perimeter frame to move from the uppermost position to the lowermost position independent of movement of the position actuator.
Fear reducing blockade and methods of making and using same
Disclosed herein is an apparatus to block off a space under a bed frame, the apparatus comprising a longitudinal member configured to fill a gap between a floor and a lower edge of the elongated portion of the bed frame, the first end of the longitudinal member being removably connected to the first leg of the bed frame by a first connector, and the second end of the longitudinal member being removably connected to the second leg of the bed frame by a second connector. Corresponding systems and methods also are disclosed.

ADJUSTABLE CHILD CARRIER WITH MULTIPLE CARRY ORIENTATIONS
An adjustable child carrier includes waist belt, a main body, shoulder straps, side attachment tabs, and thigh supports. The side attachment tabs provide lower attachment points for the shoulder straps. The thigh supports cooperate with a seat center portion to form an adjustable bucket seat configurable in a plurality of bucket seat configurations adapted to ergonomically support a child in a corresponding size range in a spread squat position. The upper end portions of the thigh supports can be selectively coupled to the side attachment tabs at multiple mid-section width setting locations and the lower end portions of the thigh supports can be selectively coupled to the waist belt at multiple base width setting locations. The thigh supports are adjustable to set a mid-section width of the adjustable child carrier and a base width of the adjustable bucket seat.
INFANT WARMING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An infant warming system includes a bassinet having a platform configured to support an infant, at least one wireless physiological sensor configured to measure a physiological parameter from the infant and transmit physiological parameter data, and at least two radio frequency identification (RFID) readers. The RFID readers are configured to communicate with the at least one wireless physiological sensor to facilitate pairing therewith so as to enable receipt of the physiological parameter data from the wireless physiological sensors at the infant warmer system. The RFID readers each have a range distance that is less than a length of the platform and are positioned such that the wireless physiological sensor is in the range distance of at least one of the at least two RFID readers from any location on the platform.

PLAY MAT WITH INTEGRATED LIGHTS
A play mat formed of two layers having interactive features such as blinking lights. The play mat contains electrical components and light sources that housed between the two layers. Light bulbs or LEDs are aligned with apertures in the upper layer to project light during play.
FOLDABLE MAT
A foldable mat, especially a mat useful for changing baby diapers.
INFANT CHANGING COVER
An infant changing cover comprising a plurality of pleats, each of the pleats made of impermeable material, each of the pleats foldably arranged adjacent to at least one other pleat, a transparent pleated window embedded within the plurality of pleats, a first support pleat at one end of the cover, and a second support pleat at an opposite end of the cover.
