LED LIGHTING ARRAY SYSTEM FOR ILLUMINATING A DISPLAY CASE
An LED lighting array system includes discrete lighting modules spatially arrayed along a support member to provide illumination of items within a display case. The modules have a low overall height that results in them being mounted in a low-profile configuration at various locations along the support member. The modules include a housing with opposed first and second sets of side apertures, a plurality of internal reflecting surfaces associated with the apertures, respectively, an external lens, a multi-sided light engine and a group of side-emitting LEDs. During operation, a first portion of light generated by the side-emitting LEDs is discharged through apertures and the lens into the cooler to illuminate contents therein, while a second portion of light generated by the side-emitting LEDs is redirected by the reflecting surface through said apertures and the lens into the cooler.
Refrigerated vending system and method
A refrigerated vending system can conduct automatic purchase transactions. A refrigerated cooler has a refrigerated compartment with a door. An automatic lock selectively locks and unlocks the door, and a door sensor detects when the door closes. A three-dimensional imaging sensor inside the compartment captures a three-dimensional image of the merchandise. A vending transaction controller detects presentation of a method of payment, unlocks the door, determines from the door sensor that the door has been opened and closed, locks the door when it closes, actuates the three-dimensional imaging sensor to capture an updated three-dimensional image of the merchandise after the door closes, determines based on the updated image what refrigerated merchandise was removed while the door was open, and charges the method of payment for the refrigerated merchandise removed.
Product holder assembly
A product holder assembly for a mobile cultivation of plants along a path in a hall includes a product holder having a bottom and an upstanding circumferential wall extending from the bottom, a first space extending from the bottom of the product holder along the wall to allow a medium or substrate for roots of the plants to receive nutriments and/or support from, a grid system arranged to be placed on the product holder to cover the first space in the product holder and to separate the first space from a second space adjacent to the grid system at a side of the grid system facing away from the first space, wherein the grid system is arranged for holding a plurality of separate plants, the roots of which to reach for the first space and the leaves of which to reach for the second space, wherein the grid system is arranged to operate in conjunction with an air duct system.
Hot food merchandising unit with roller grill
The present invention provides single units that contain a large lower chamber, and one or more display shelves above this chamber on the inside of the unit. A roller grill or other large appliance may be provided in the lower chamber, or the chamber may be left open to display large food products or other items. The shelves may be heated for keeping foods displayed on the shelves warm; however, the shelves need not be heated for food products that do not need to be kept warm. Heating elements, lights and sensors may be adjusted using electronic controls to provide optimum temperatures inside the various chambers of the display units. Display units of the present invention allow store owners to utilize the space above a roller grill or other appliance to merchandise additional food products as opposed to requiring a separate food merchandiser to occupy additional valuable counter space. The performance of the roller grills of the present invention is improved over stand-alone roller grills, thereby reducing the potential for lost sales due to food not being sufficiently heated.
WALL-MOUNTABLE COLLECTIBLE DISPLAY CASE
A display case stores collectibles each having a standard height and a standard width. The case has a front layer, a foam layer, and a back layer. A plurality of openings are located in the front layer and the foam layer, the height and width of each opening being configured to receive one of the collectibles. One or more mounting holes are accessible via one of the openings.

Integrated display coordination systems
An integrated display coordination system is provided. The system includes a support structure. The system also includes a base, the base interfaced with the support structure, the support structure having a plurality of display surfaces. The system further includes a plurality of posts, each of the plurality of posts affixed to at least one of the plurality of display surfaces. The system includes display item areas, the display item areas are formed by at least one of the plurality of display surfaces and at least one of the plurality of posts affixed to the plurality of display surfaces. The system is configured wherein the support structure and base, when assembled and connected in a shape of a cube, and wherein the interlocking reusable panels are interconnected with dovetail connections and wherein a bottom of the interlocking reusable panels rest on the base.
Illuminated kinetic artwork display apparatus
A novel illuminated kinetic artwork display apparatus implemented in a wall mountable cuboid frame, the frame comprising an enclosed display space covered by a slidably attached transparent plate, a plurality of removable and replaceable and rotatable acrylic members illuminated by a plurality of laser light beams causing the reflected light to produce a novel animated light display within the enclosed display space. The kinetic artwork display is controlled by the user a plurality of switches via a microcontroller. The self-contained apparatus also comprises a power supply and all electrical and mechanical components. An embodiment enabling the user to introduce dry ice to create a smoke-like atmosphere within the enclosed display space is presented.
Refrigerator having panel assembly covering opening of outer plate of door
Provided is a refrigerator. The refrigerator is characterized by enabling at least a part of a refrigerator door to be selectively transparent by a user's operation, such that the user sees through an inside of the refrigerator while the refrigerator door is closed.
Cabinet with opposed air curtains
The present invention provides a cabinet (10) for the temporary storage of a heated food item. The cabinet (10) has a in base (12), a top (14) and opposing sides (16,18). The base (12), top (14) and opposing sides (16,18) define an interior space (20) of the cabinet (10) which is accessible through opposing apertures (22, 24) at each end of the cabinet (10). The cabinet (10) is provided with air movement means and air heating means operable to draw air from the interior space (20) of the cabinet (10), heat said air and utilise a portion of said heated air to produce air curtains across the opposing apertures (22, 24) of the cabinet (10). The remainder of said air is circulated within the interior space (20) of the cabinet (10).
