Drying apparatus for powder raw material for manufacturing secondary cell with electric heater
The present disclosure relates to a drying apparatus for a powder raw material for manufacturing a secondary cell with an electric heater. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of independently controlled heaters are mounted on a main body of an apparatus in which a plurality of heating regions are defined, and the temperature deviation of the internal chamber can reduce by providing the amount of heat supplied to each heating region through the control of the plurality of heaters. The main body of the apparatus includes a cylindrical portion in which the powder raw material is accommodated and sidewalls on both sides of the cylindrical portion, and by installing heaters on the cylindrical portion and the sidewalls, respectively, the entire region defining the main body of the apparatus can be evenly heated.
SPRAY DRYER
An electrostatic spray drying system includes an electrostatic spray nozzle having a spray tip assembly arranged to discharge a supply of fluid into a drying chamber. The electrostatic spray nozzle is responsive to a duty cycle signal that determines periods at which the electrostatic spray nozzle is open to inject the fluid. A controller is programmed to activate a pulse width modulation (PWM) mode of operation for the electrostatic spray assembly, initiate a first timer, provide a first duty cycle signal to the electrostatic spray nozzle at a first PWM activation frequency while the first timer has not reached a first pulse duration, initiate a second timer when the first timer has reached the first pulse duration, and provide a second duty cycle signal to the electrostatic spray nozzle at a second PWM activation frequency while the second timer has not reached a second pulse duration.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SPRAY DRYING
An electrostatic spray dryer for drying liquid into powder including an elongated body defining a drying chamber, a spray nozzle assembly at one end of the drying chamber and a filter element housing and powder collection chamber at an opposite end. A non-structural non-metallic liner is disposed within the elongated body in spaced relation to an inner wall surface for defining an internal drying zone. The liner is releasably supported within the body for enabling selective removal and replacement following a particular usage. The illustrated elongated body has a modular construction comprising a plurality of modules, with at least one being selectively removable and replacement for altering the length of the drying chamber for a particular spray application. The liner also is replaceable with a liner of a length corresponding to the altered length of the drying chamber or with a different diameter for a particular usage.
METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY DRYING BULK GOODS, IN PARTICULAR WOOD FIBERS AND/OR WOOD CHIPS
A method for drying bulk goods, in particular wood fibers and/or wood chips, wherein the bulk goods is continuously dried in a dryer (1), in particular a drum dryer. The vapor-gas mixture flows through the drum dryer (1) in a dryer circuit and is indirectly heated via at least one heat exchanger (4) by a burner waste gas that is heated in at least one burner (5). The drying vapors are supplied to the at least one heat exchanger (4). Upstream, downstream and/or within the at least one heat exchanger (4), at least a partial flow of the drying vapors are branched off to be conducted into the burner (5). The remaining partial flow is conducted to the dryer (1) again. The partial flow of drying vapors to the burner (5) is driven by at least one regulable partial vapor fan (10).
DRIER APPARATUS
A drier apparatus includes a cylindrical chamber in which a pair of screw conveyers each including a tubular shaft in which heat medium is able to flow, and carrier blades arranged on an outer surface of the tubular shaft is housed, a motor for rotating the screw conveyers, an input path connected to the cylindrical chamber at a proximal end of each of the screw conveyers, and an output path connected to the cylindrical chamber at a distal end of each of the screw conveyers. The input path and the output path include a device for opening and closing a path. Each of the screw conveyers includes a pair of tubular shafts arranged substantially in parallel with each other, and a plurality of semicircular carrier blades such that the carrier blades form a part of an imaginary spiral plane about the tubular shaft on an outer surface of the tubular shaft, the carrier blade being partially made of a material having a resistance to abrasion.
METHOD TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF REMOVAL OF LIQUID WATER FROM SOLID BULK FUEL MATERIALS
The invention provides methods to efficiently reduce the water concentration of raw solid fuels, including low rank coals such as brown coal, lignite, subbituminous coal, and other carbonaceous solids. Efficiently drying these materials at low temperatures significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions and allows the production of low-rank coals for gasification and liquifaction.

Method and apparatus for grinding and drying a material or a mixture of materials
The invention relates to a method for grinding and drying a material or material mixture (M), using a cyclone device (10) which communicates with an outlet line (52) for gas (G) and material (M) processed in the cyclone device (10), wherein at least a portion of the gas (G) and material (M) in the outlet line (52) are returned into a lower opening (14) of the cyclone device (10) for further cyclone treatment. The invention relates also to an apparatus.
TILTED KITCHEN WASTE DISPOSER
A tilted kitchen waste disposer, including a housing, a kitchen waste bin which is arranged on the housing, wherein the kitchen waste bin is provided with a stirring chamber. The housing is provided with an upper end opening that connects with the stirring chamber and an upper cover body which is arranged on the upper end opening, and on one side of the housing is provided with a supporting portion that incline from the side of the housing to the bottom of the housing. When the supporting portion contacts with the horizontal plane, the upper end face of the housing forms a certain angle with the horizontal plane. In the present invention, by setting the supporting portion that inclines from the side of the housing to the bottom of the housing, the upper end face of the housing forms a certain angle with the horizontal plane when the supporting portion contacts with the horizontal plane, which can facilitate users to observe the internal condition of the kitchen waste bin from the upper end face of the housing and put kitchen waste therein. Thus, the users do not have to observe the internal condition of the kitchen waste bin directly above the kitchen waste bin, which enhances experience of users.
Inline particle size control for rotary drum drier recycle material
Apparatus and associated methods relate to drying a wet coated seed material stream comprising an incoming wet granular biosolids stream mixed with a controlled size dried seed material recycling stream to produce a moist air and pellet stream, separating an uncontrolled size dried pellet stream from the moist air and pellet stream, diverting a recycle portion of the uncontrolled size dried pellet stream to be recycled, diverting the remainder of the uncontrolled size dried pellet stream to an outlet, resizing oversized pellets from the recycle portion of the uncontrolled size dried pellet stream to produce the controlled size dried seed material recycling stream, and mixing the controlled size dried seed material recycling stream with the incoming wet granular biosolids stream to produce the wet coated seed material stream. Oversized pellets may be selected using a screen. The oversized pellets may be resized using a crusher inline with the recycle stream.
