Spray drum system

A spray drum system includes a drum drying device and a spray device. The spray device is configured to spray solid particles on the drum drying device. The spray device includes a feeding hopper, a vibrator, a pneumatic conveyor and a high-pressure air source. The feeding hopper is configured to accommodate the solid particles. The vibrator is connected with an output port of the feeding hopper and configured to vibrate the feeding hopper and output the solid particles and control an output rate of the solid particles. The pneumatic conveyor is configured to receive the solid particles output from the vibrator and spray over the drum drying device. The high-pressure air source is connected with the pneumatic conveyor and configured to supply a gas driving force required to transport and spray the solid particles.

High-moisture sludge ultra-fine synchronizing deep-drying device and a method thereof

The present invention discloses a high-moisture sludge ultra-fine synchronizing deep-drying device and a method thereof. The device has a sludge ultrafine pulverizing unit and a sludge drying unit arranged horizontally in parallel, and a pulverized sludge discharge port arranged between them. The sludge ultrafine pulverizing unit comprises a sludge pulverizing chamber and a sludge feeding port, and the sludge pulverizing chamber is a hollow cylindrical structure with a pulverizing rotation shaft arranged in the center, and the pulverizing rotation shaft is provided with a sludge pulverizing impeller. The lower part of the sludge feeding port is provided with a first baffle and/or a second deflector. The sludge is pulverized into sludge powders in the sludge pulverizing chamber, and then fed into the sludge drying chamber to be fluidized and dried. The present invention has the advantage of high drying efficiency, etc.

DEHYDRATOR FOR BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL
20220082326 · 2022-03-17 ·

A dehydrator apparatus for dehydrating biological material. The apparatus includes an external housing, and a vessel supported within said external housing and spanning in a longitudinal direction thereof in elevated relation from a bottom of the housing. A loading inlet feeds into said vessel from outside the housing for admission of biological material. An air intake feeds into the housing to deliver heated air thereto from a hot air source, and air routing components within the external housing guide the heated air into heat exchange relationship with the vessel itself, and also into heating and aerating exposure to contents of said vessel. An agitator is installed in operable relation to the vessel to agitate the material fed thereinto via the material inlet. An exhaust outlet exhausts the heated air from the housing after having heated and aerated the vessel and its contents.

Drying of organic materials

Described is a method and apparatus for drying organic material using the energy contained in the organic material to be dried to drive the drying process. The organic material could be sewage sludge, food scraps, manure, wood, bagasse etc. The latent heat of evaporation is recovered through the use of a heat pump mechanism. This allows for the retention of a majority of the heat within the system, allowing optimal drying conditions to be maintained throughout the drying process.
