Drying system and drying method for cleaning solution on mask
A drying system and a drying method for a cleaning solution on a mask are disclosed. The drying system includes: a drying chamber having a first side wall and a second side wall arranged opposite to the first side wall; a plurality of first air knives on the first side wall and the second side wall for air-drying a cleaned mask; and a separation device for allowing a mask strip and a supporting and shielding strip to move away from each other at a spatial intersection region to increase a spacing between the mask strip and the supporting and shielding strip at the spatial intersection region, when the plurality of first air knives are air-drying the cleaned mask.

A Spray Drying Process with Continuous Preparation of Spray Solution
The present invention discloses a spray drying process characterized by continuous preparation and immediate spray drying of a solution comprising at least one active pharmaceutical ingredient and/or at least one excipient, and at least one solvent. The said active pharmaceutical ingredient(s) and solvent(s) are combined, alone or along with one or more excipients to form a first suspension. Said suspension is continuously fed to an intensifier pump that pushes said suspension through at least one micro-reaction chamber and/or at least one micro-channel where the suspension's solid(s) component(s) is(are) dissolved into said solvent(s) by means of high energy mixing I forced contact at micro, nano and molecular level to form a solution stream. The said solution stream is then immediately and continuously fed to the spray dryer through at least one atomization nozzle, drying said atomized stream to obtain solid particles and collecting said solid particles. Single component particles or multi-component particles, particulate amorphous solid dispersion and pharmaceutical compositions are also disclosed. The present invention also discloses amorphous solid dispersions obtained by the method of the invention as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing the same.
Method of cleaning substrate processing apparatus and system of cleaning substrate processing apparatus
Disclosed is a method of cleaning a substrate processing apparatus in which a substrate having a surface wet by a liquid is brought into contact with a supercritical fluid so as to perform a drying process of drying the substrate. The method includes a cleaning gas filling process and an exhausting process. The cleaning gas filling process fills a cleaning gas containing isopropyl alcohol in the substrate processing apparatus. The exhausting process exhausts the cleaning gas from an inside of the substrate processing apparatus after the cleaning gas filling process.
Heating values of cellulosic waste
Provided herein is a process for improving the heating value of a cellulosic waste material. The process includes the steps of treating the cellulosic waste material with an acid solution, recovering heat produced by treating the cellulosic waste material, and filtering the treated cellulosic waste material to produce a filter cake. The disclosure also relates to a system for implementing the process.
METHOD OF CLEANING SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING SYSTEM
There is provided a method of cleaning a substrate processing apparatus in which a drying process of drying a substrate whose surface is wet with a liquid is performed by bring the substrate into contact with a supercritical fluid, the method including: diffusing a first cleaning fluid in an interior of the substrate processing apparatus, the first cleaning fluid being obtained by mixing the supercritical fluid with a solvent containing polar molecules and having a lower boiling point than a boiling point of the liquid; and discharging the first cleaning fluid from the interior of the substrate processing apparatus, that occurs after the diffusing the first cleaning fluid.
Aggregate dewatering device and method
A dewatering device for aggregate product can be used to retro-fit existing aggregate product dewatering facilities in order to more efficiently capture product. The dewatering device can be movable to allow for the portability of the device relative to existing dewatering facilities. The device is adapted to receive a slurry of aggregate product and water and to vibrate to dry the aggregate product. A recycle system is included to receive any fines that may otherwise be lost by the system. The recycle system captures the fines and redirects them back towards the vibrating process of the vibrating device to direct them towards an exit of the vibrating device in order to use said fines as well as the other dewatered aggregate product. The portability of the device allows the device to be used with the existing facilities without the need to completely replace existing components for dewatering aggregate product.

Method for cleaning substrate and system for cleaning substrate
A method for cleaning a substrate includes the following: exposing the substrate to a cleaning agent to remove impurities on a surface of the substrate; exposing the substrate to a dewetting chemical agent in a liquid phase to remove the cleaning agent on the surface of the substrate; solidifying the dewetting chemical agent in the liquid phase remaining on the surface of the substrate to obtain the dewetting chemical agent in a solid phase; and sublimating and removing the dewetting chemical agent in the solid phase.
Geotechnical characteristics of tailings via lime addition
Methods and systems for treating tailings at an elevated pH using lime are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the method comprises (i) providing a tailings stream comprising bicarbonates and a pH less than 9.0, (ii) adding a coagulant comprising calcium hydroxide to the tailings stream to form a mixture having a pH of at least 11.5 and a soluble calcium level no more than 800 mg/L, and (iii) dewatering the mixture to produce a product having a solids content of at least 40% by weight. In some embodiments, the pH and soluble calcium level of the mixture cause chemical modification of clay materials of the mixture via pozzolanic reactions. In some embodiments, the undrained shear strength of the product increases over a period of time of at least two days.
