VEGETATION HANGER
A vegetation hanger includes a linear plate and an aperture. The linear plate includes a first edge, a second edge, a first end portion, and a second end portion. The first edge includes at least one ridge disposed along the first edge. The aperture is disposed centrally along the linear plate and configured to slidably engage with a bar.
Engineered hardwood flooring and manufacture thereof
Methods and articles of manufacture relating to engineered hardwood flooring are provided. Engineered hardwood flooring is produced by drying a structural layer comprising a hardwood to a moisture content from about 0.1% to about 3%, whereupon a cell structure of the hardwood collapses. The dried structural layer is humidified to where the hardwood has an increased moisture content greater than about 3%. First and second outer layers are adhered to respective first and second sides of the structural layer to form an engineered product, the structural layer sandwiched by the first outer layer and the second outer layer.
Removable additive container for laundry appliances
An additive supply system for a laundry appliance is provided. The laundry appliance includes a cabinet defining an interior volume and a drum rotatably mounted within the interior volume of the cabinet. The drum defines a chamber for the receipt of clothes. The additive supply system includes a container configured to be removably mounted in the cabinet at a front panel of the cabinet. The container is configured for receipt of an additive. The container is in fluid communication with the chamber to provide the additive from the container to the chamber.
System and method for drying and utilizing spent grain
A system and method for drying and utilizing spent grain includes an agitation device having an elongated semi-cylindrical mixing chamber with a motor-driven shaft and a plurality of agitators. A lid is hingedly positioned along the top end of the chamber and is connected to the dehumidification system by a pair of air ducts. An air filtration device is interposed between the air output of the agitation device and the air input of the dehumidification system. A method of drying spent grain includes the steps of pouring spent grain into the interior space of the chamber, securing the lid in the closed position, agitating the grain inside the chamber via the agitators, removing damp air from the interior space of the chamber, and introducing dry warm air to the interior space of the chamber until a moisture content of the spent grain achieves a user specified level.
ULTRASONIC DRYING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A drying apparatus can include, in some aspects, an ultrasonic transducer and an infrared heater positioned proximate to the ultrasonic transducer and configured to emit infrared light. The drying apparatus can include a plurality of ultrasonic transducers. The drying apparatus can include a delivery enclosure defining a bottom wall, the bottom wall defining a plurality of air outlets; the ultrasonic transducer mounted to the delivery enclosure; and the drying apparatus can include an air mover mounted to the delivery enclosure.

Method of arranging treatment process
A method includes a step of increasing or decreasing a flow rate of a gas of the a second gas supply system, by a predetermined time from a start of a gas treatment step of the process recipe or a by a predetermined time before a start of the gas treatment step, by using apparatus information regarding a first gas supply system of the first substrate treatment apparatus and the second gas supply system of the second substrate treatment apparatus, and arranging the treatment process, and in this step, the treatment process of the second substrate treatment apparatus performed using the process recipe conforms to the treatment process of the first substrate treatment apparatus performed using the process recipe.
Systems and Methods Related to Staged Drying of Temperature Sensitive Materials
A system and method for staged drying of temperature sensitive materials, the method comprising the following steps. Heated air is blown into a duct and solids are introduced into the duct at an elevated position along a vertical portion of the duct. The heated air and solids mixture is then transported along the duct for a desired retention time with adequate initial flash heating of the solids and then a gradual cool down of the solids. The solids are at an elevated temperature beyond the ambient dewpoint with evaporative cooling taking place. The solids and air mixture is then transported in the duct to a cyclone, where the solids are removed from the air. The air is exhausted out of the cyclone by an exhaust duct, and the solids are collected from the cyclone in a container.
System for post-processing orthodontic appliance molds
A system and method for post-processing of polymeric items having a liquid component and a predetermined heat deflection temperature is provided. The system includes a washing station to spray water at elevated temperature and pressure on the items while maintaining the temperature of the item below the heat deflection temperature. Then using a water distillation system to separate the water from the water mixed with the liquid polymer component by evaporating the water using heating coils with surface that is not conducive to adhesion of the liquid polymer component and then condense the water vapor into liquid water. The system may further include a spin station to separate the liquid polymer component by spinning the item. The system may further include one or more processing stations to rinse the item, dry the item, cure the item, remove the item from a tray to which the item may be attached and clean trays after removing the item. A conveyor system may be used to automate the post-processing of the items.
Ultrasonic drying system and method
Disclosed is an apparatus for drying a material, the apparatus including: an air-delivery enclosure with an air inlet and an air outlet through which forced air is directed toward the material; and an ultrasonic transducer connected to the air outlet of the air-delivery enclosure, the ultrasonic transducer including: a first inner surface; a second inner surface, the second inner surface facing the first inner surface, the first inner surface and the second inner surface defining an airflow path through the ultrasonic transducer; a first groove defined in a first inner surface, the first groove including a first flat portion; and a second groove defined in a second inner surface, the second groove including a second flat portion.
