DRYING DEVICE
A drying device configured to dry a resin film including a solvent, the drying device may include: a housing; a partition disposed in the housing and partitioning a space in the housing into a first space and a second space; a conveyor configured to convey the resin film in the first space; a first heater disposed in the second space and configured to radiate electromagnetic waves to the resin film being conveyed by the conveyor; and a window disposed in the partition and configured to allow the electromagnetic waves radiated from the first heater to penetrate therethrough. The first heater may be configured to radiate electromagnetic waves in a wavelength band below 4.0 ?m to the resin film and to absorb electromagnetic waves in a wavelength band of at least 4.0 ?m or more.
Gas blowoff nozzle and furnace, and method for manufacturing coated film
A gas blowoff nozzle includes: a casing including a gas blowoff face that blows off gas; a gas supply port provided to one end of the casing and supplying gas along the longitudinal direction of the nozzle; and a pressure equalizing chamber communicating with the gas supply port and the gas blowoff face, and including a partition plate including a plurality of tubular bodies having orifices on both ends. In each of the tubular bodies, an angle ? that a wall surface on a side closer to the gas supply port forms with the partition plate is 55? to 120? as an interior angle in a sectional shape of each of the tubular bodies. A gas circulation hole is provided on a face of each of the tubular bodies that comes into contact with the partition plate, the gas circulation hole passing through the face and the partition plate.
LOW-TEMPERATURE DRYING APPARATUS
A low-temperature drying apparatus includes a furnace body, an object holder, an infrared light transmitting plate, a supply device, a discharge device, and infrared heaters. The object holder holds an object to be dried so that the object to be dried is placed in the furnace body. The infrared light transmitting plate is arranged on a surface of the furnace body that faces the object holder. The cooling flow generating device generates a cooling flow in a space between the object to be dried that is held by the object holder and the infrared light transmitting plate. The infrared heater is disposed to face the infrared light transmitting plate in an open space outside the furnace body.
Plant for continuously drying a coated film
Disclosed is a plant for continuously drying a coated film including a cavity (3) with a first open end (3a) through which a film (F) enters and a second open end (3b) through which the dried film exits, a plurality of rollers (7) for supporting the film inside the cavity (3), a feed and extraction system (10) adapted to feed a flow of air to a first blowing element (9), adapted to direct a flow of air onto the surface of the coated film (F), and to extract a flow of air from the cavity (3) through a suction element (27, 28), characterized in that it includes a second blowing element (11) fed by the feed and extraction system (10), adapted to direct a flow of heated air onto the opposite surface of the film.
Device and method for thermal bonding of a textile web
The invention relates to a device and a method for the bonding of a textile web, whereby the textile web is guided over an idler drum into a bonding plant, led around a through-air drum and over a cooling drum and then led out again, whereby heated fresh air flows through the web and the through-air drum and the exhaust air is extracted from the bonding plant. According to the invention, it is intended that cooling air is directed onto the web ahead of the detachment point of the web from the through-air drum onto the web.
Acoustic-assisted heat and mass transfer device
An acoustic energy-transfer system includes: an acoustic chest arranged circumferentially around a container configured to receive a material to be processed; and an ultrasonic transducer arranged circumferentially inside the acoustic chest, the ultrasonic transducer defining an acoustic slot extending through the ultrasonic transducer, the acoustic slot angled with respect to a central axis of the acoustic chest.
Coating machine with simplified yarn change
The present invention is at least one coating machine (1) having at least one impregnation unit (2) for dyeing during wrapping of the yarn (26) from at least one first bobbin (25) onto at least one second bobbin (41), at least one drying unit (3) for providing drying of the yarn (26) dyed essentially in the vicinity of said impregnation unit (2), at least one first roller (355) and at least one second roller (359) positioned mutually for providing moving of the yarn (26) at a predetermined line in said drying unit (3), at least one wrapping unit (4) for providing wrapping of the yarn (26), dyed in the vicinity of the drying unit (3), onto said second bobbin (41).
METHOD FOR DRYING A SUBSTRATE, DRYER MODULE FOR CARRYING OUT THE METHOD, AND DRYER SYSTEM
Methods for drying a substrate. The methods include the following steps: (a) emitting infrared radiation towards a substrate moving through a process space using an emitter unit comprising at least one infrared emitter, (b) generating at least two process gas streams of a process gas directed towards the substrate, (c) drying the substrate by the action of infrared radiation and process gas on the substrate, and (d) extracting moisture-laden process gas from the process space via an extraction duct, forming an exhaust air stream leading away from the substrate. To specify a drying method which is reproducible and effective and leads to an improved result, in particular in terms of homogeneity and speed of drying of the substrate, the at least two process gas streams are guided to the infrared emitter before they act on the substrate, and an exhaust air stream is spatially assigned to each process gas stream.
Concentric arrangement of web conditioning modules in a dryer of a print system
Systems and methods for concentric arrangement of web conditioning modules in a dryer of a printing system. In one embodiment a dryer includes a drum, first rollers positioned in an arc around the drum to define a web path between an entrance of the dryer and the drum, and second rollers positioned along the arc between the first rollers and the drum that reverse the web path between the drum and an exit of the dryer. The dryer further includes first web conditioners positioned along the arc and beyond the first rollers from the drum that direct energy toward a portion of the web path that is between the entrance of the dryer and the drum. The dryer further includes second web conditioners positioned along the arc between the second rollers and the drum that direct energy toward a portion of the web path that wraps around the drum.
