METHOD FOR DRYING HIGH MOISTURE, LOW CALORIFIC VALUE LIGNITE FOR A GENERATING SET AND RECOVERING WATER CONTAINED THEREIN AND APPARATUS THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for drying high moisture, low calorific value lignite for a generating set and recovering water contained therein and an apparatus thereof, which mainly consisting of a rotary steam tube dryer, a washing cooling tower, a coal mill, a 1st bag filter I, a condenser, a weighing surge bunker, a water ring vacuum pump and so on. In the present invention, a drying system is integrated with a milling system, every dryer and the corresponding coal mill are disposed and are directly connected via a surge bunker, thereby not only saving the heat lost during the transportation of pulverized coal, but also omitting a long-distance transportation from a conventional drying system to a conventional milling system, effectively avoiding such phenomena as dust pollution, waste and spontaneous combustion during transportation and transshipment, simplifying the coal preparation system employed in the front-end process of drying.

Heat treating apparatus for powder particles and method of producing toner

A heat treating apparatus for powder particles including a cylindrical treating chamber; a powder particle-supplying unit; a hot air-supplying unit that supplies hot air for heat-treating powder particles; a cold air-supplying unit that supplies cold air for cooling the heat-treated powder particles; a regulating unit for regulating a flow of the supplied powder particles; and a recovering unit that recovers the heat-treated powder particles. The regulating unit is a substantially circular columnar member, the hot air-supplying unit has an outlet opposite to the upper end portion of the columnar member, and the regulating unit is equipped with a substantially conic distributing member for distributing the supplied hot air in a circumferential direction and a rotating member for rotating the distributed hot air in a spiral manner, on the center of the upper end portion.

PROCESS FOR ORE MOISTURE REDUCTION IN CONVEYOR BELTS AND TRANSFER CHUTES

A process for ore moisture removal by exposure of the ore to a hot and dry air stream is described. Also described is a conveyor belt and a transfer chute adapted for the use of the above process. Among other aspects, the process has the function of reducing moisture in ores prior to the shipping stage of this material.

Vertical drier

The present invention is a vertical drier which dries the asphalt road upper structural members like aggregate and like asphalt coating which is desired to be recycled (RAP) and which takes the humidity of said asphalt road upper structural members; and which has a vertical body having an end through which said members are discharged and having another end which is opened to an accumulation compartment; and where the hot air, heated by a heat source, is transferred inside said body. Said drier is characterized by comprising at least one drying box which has a chamber form where the poured members are accumulated in the inner part thereof and which extends orthogonally to the flow direction inside the body; in order to keep the members, which pour inside said body from an inlet part, for certain duration and in order to transfer said members from the outlet part to the accumulation compartment step by step.

PARTICLE-DRYING APPARATUS WITH RECYCLING OF A PORTION OF THE HOT GAS

A dryer (1) for drying particles is provided that includes an enclosure, a circular tray mounted in the enclosure, the surface of which is perforated and permeable to gases, a distribution system and a recovery system for particles. The dryer also includes a hot-gas blowing system with N fans designed to generate a flow of hot gas along N gas columns, each gas column i passing through a different angular section (1.i) of the tray. Having passed through the (N1) first angular sections of the tray, the (N1) first gas columns are extracted from the enclosure or recirculated after drying and heating. Having passed through the Nth angular section (1.N) of the tray, the hot gas of the Nth gas column is recirculated by the Nth fan (5N) to form the first gas column (1.1) passing through the first angular sector (1.1) of the tray.
