Manufacturing Method of Electrode for Secondary Battery Including Pressing Process of Wet Electrode Active Material Slurry and Manufacturing Apparatus
A method for manufacturing an electrode for secondary battery, including a pressing process in which a load is applied to an electrode active material slurry when the solid content of the electrode active material slurry is 70 wt % to 98 wt % during the process of drying the electrode active material slurry coated as one or more layers on a current collector. An apparatus for manufacturing the same is also provided.
Dryer for bed
A dryer for a bed includes an air blowing device provided at a front portion or a rear portion of a frame and supplying hot air, so that a mattress may be easily dried or articles kept in a drawer may be easily dried.
SPRAY NOZZLE
A removable insert and a spray nozzle which includes the removable insert and a nozzle cap. The removable insert has a base member and a protruding member. The nozzle cap has an annular flange which delimits an interior locating surface for the insert. The flange extends radially and ends with an internal extremity which defines a planar spray opening. When in use, the base member is housed within the nozzle cap whilst the protruding member projects outwardly and stands proud of the planar spray opening.
Product metering device
A metering device is disclosed for regulating the depth of a flowable product coating a surface movable relative to the metering device by directing an air curtain towards the surface. The metering device comprises a body having an interior chamber, an inlet for connecting the chamber to a source of gas under super-ambient pressure; and an opening communicating with the chamber and having a mouth through which gas is discharged from the chamber towards the surface to form the air curtain. A porous or reticulated membrane is secured to, or formed integrally with, the body of the device to lie in the path of the gas discharged through the mouth of the opening.
DRYING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DRYING A SUBSTRATE
A drying device contains an upper drying head and a lower drying head. The upper drying head is arranged above a transport plane, in which objects to be dried can be transported in a transport direction through the drying device. The lower drying head is arranged below the transport plane. The upper drying head and the lower drying head contain in each case at least one air outlet slot and the longitudinal directions of the air outlet slots essentially extending parallel to the transport plane and transversely to the transport direction, and in which slot planes, in which the air outlet slots extend, intersect the transport plane at angles which are greater than 0° and less than 90°.
DRYING DEVICE
Disclosed is a drying device including: a fan which blows a wind from an upper direction toward a surface of a nail that is a drying target; a placing stand which is disposed below the fan and includes a slit that allows the wind from the fan to pass through, and on which the nail is placed; and a raiser that is formed below the placing stand and includes an exhaust space to which the wind passing through the slit escapes.
Method for mixing a stream of particulate material by inducing backflow within an inclined belt conveyor
An inclined belt conveyor capable of mixing particulate material, such as agricultural seed or fertilizer. Inserting a plurality of mixing baffles into the stream of the particulate material induces a backflow of the particulate material. In the case of wet, freshly treated plant seed, this backflow causes a mixing, polishing, and drying of the plant seed. The mixing distributes the seed treatment into an even coat by rubbing the individual seeds of the seed flow stream together. The inclined belt conveyor may also be used to blend multiple varieties or types of particulate material. The mixing baffles are oriented to induce backflow and sideways lateral movement and may incorporate a passage to allow increase particulate material flow rate. The mixing baffles can selectively deploy between an angle of 20 degrees to 70 degrees to enable the mixing inclined belt conveyor to have a transfer-speed-maximizing mode and a mixing mode.
An Apparatus, A Bottom Plate Component And A Method For Drying Bulk Particulate Material
An apparatus for drying bulk particulate material, and having an inlet chamber for receiving a moist bulk particulate material and an outlet chamber for ejecting a dry bulk particulate material. The inlet chamber comprises a steam permeable bottom being divided into a number of subsections including a first subsection and a second subsection. Each subsection defines a first and a second radial centreline. The first subsection and the second subsection each having at least one louvered plate section comprising a plurality of louvers arranged in a first and a second specific direction, respectively, for directing superheated steam in a first and second blowing direction, towards said lower cylindrical inner wall. The specific direction of the louvers of the first subsection defines a first angle in relation to the first radial centre-line, and specific direction of said louvers of said second subsection defines a second angle in relation to said second radial centreline, and said first angle and/or said second angle, being different from 0 degrees.
Slurry drying plant, a method for drying slurry and use of a slurry drying plant
Disclosed is a slurry drying plant (1) comprising a slurry inlet (2) for feeding slurry to the slurry drying plant (1) and two or more meshing screw conveyors (3, 4) arranged to at least partly divide the slurry while conveying the slurry in a transport direction from the slurry inlet (2) to a slurry outlet (5). The slurry drying plant (1) further includes slurry heating means (6) comprising means for passing superheated steam substantially at atmospheric pressure past the slurry and the two or more meshing screw conveyors (3, 4), while they are conveying the slurry. Furthermore, a method for drying slurry and use of a slurry drying plant (1) is disclosed.
HAND DRYER
In an implementation, a hand dryer is disclosed. The hand dryer includes an air compressor and a storage tank connected to the air compressor. The storage tank is configured to store pressurized air received from the air compressor. The hand dryer also includes an air manifold connected to the storage tank, and the air manifold includes at least one aperture. The hand dryer also includes a valve for selectively releasing the pressurized air from the storage tank into the air manifold such that the pressurized air is discharged from the at least one aperture.
