Installation for drying a damp non-woven web
An installation for drying a non-woven web includes a device (10, 11), a diffusion chamber (10) having an outlet fitting (21) in which there is mounted a perforated sheet (24) creating a drop in pressure.
Device adapted to maintain form and assist in drying of a glove
An insert maintains the form of a glove while facilitating drying. The insert has palm, finger, and thumb portions. The palm portion is a planar or curved flange, having first and second sides. The finger portion includes an index finger flange, a middle finger flange, a ring finger flange, and a pinky finger flange, each extending from the palm portion. A first peripheral flange and a second peripheral flange are each configured to respectively extend away from, and be in continuous proximity to, a periphery formed by the first side and the second side of the palm portion and the finger flanges. First and second transverse flanges are formed for each of the finger flanges, each configured to extend away from first and second sides thereof, and be substantially centered on the finger flange, to provide eight radiused points of a contact/support being substantially equally spaced, for each glove finger.
VENTILATION ASSEMBLY
A ventilation assembly is defined comprising a fan located in the top of a drying chamber or furnace and which recirculates gases at high temperatures and/or humidity; a drive shaft with its mounts or bearings, on which is mounted the fan, and a separation chamber which houses the shaft bearings and separates said bearings from the inside of the drying chamber or furnace. The separation chamber is open to the external environment and is sized such that a person may enter it to perform maintenance of the shaft bearings without the need to enter the dryer or furnace. The ventilation assembly may further include the pre-assembly in the factory of the engine, its transmission system and/or one or more air renewal vents. Furthermore, the assembly can be complemented with trusses to further facilitate installation on the walls of the dryer or furnace.
Continuous-flow dryer comprising an exhaust air recirculation device
A continuous-flow dryer for drying a material by hot air is provided with a first and a second section, through which the material flows successively in a transport direction. It includes a fresh air supply device, an exhaust air recirculation device for removing exhaust air and for recirculating exhaust air as supply air, and a heat exchanger, through which fresh air and exhaust air are led, for transferring waste heat of the exhaust air into the fresh air. With the exhaust air recirculation device a first part of the exhaust air is removed from the first section and recirculated directly into the first section. Furthermore, a second part of the exhaust air is removed from the first section, led through the heat exchanger, and recirculated as supply air into the first section. The fresh air supply device supplies fresh air as supply air into the second section.
Continuous-flow dryer comprising a heat exchanger
A continuous-flow dryer for drying a material by means of hot air is provided with a fresh air supply device for supplying fresh air as supply air, an exhaust air recirculation device for removing exhaust air and for recirculating exhaust air as supply air, and a heat exchanger, through which fresh air on the one hand and exhaust air on the other hand are led, for transferring waste heat of the exhaust air into the fresh air. According to the invention, the removed exhaust air is supplied at the bottom into the heat exchanger.
HAY BALE DRYER
The present invention provides a hay bale dryer, comprising: a platform, the platform dimensioned to support the hay bale; a spike rack movably coupled to the platform, the spike rack having a plurality of spikes, each spike having a plurality of holes and each spike dimensioned to penetrate through the hay bale; a fan coupled to the spike rack and operative to blow air through the holes in the spikes; and a moisture sensor coupled to the platform and operative to detect a moisture level for the hay bale, wherein the spike rack is raised to permit loading and unloading of the hay bale, and lowered to permit drying of the hay bale via the air blown through the spikes
HAY BALE DRYER
The present invention provides a hay bale dryer, comprising: a platform, the platform dimensioned to support the hay bale; a spike rack movably coupled to the platform, the spike rack having a plurality of spikes, each spike having a plurality of slots and each spike dimensioned to penetrate through the hay bale; a fan coupled to the spike rack and operative to blow air through the slots in the spikes, wherein the spike rack is raised to permit loading and unloading of the hay bale, and lowered to permit drying of the hay bale via the air blown through the spikes
Automatic photovoltaic solar panel washer
An Automatic (Auto) Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Panel Washer comprising a main carrier joined by a connecting member to the main mast. A main hydraulic cylinder system comprising one or more hydraulic cylinders and connector arrangement on the main mast raises the main mast up or pushes it down, activating the connecting member, thereby raising or lowering the main carrier. The positioning hydraulic cylinder determines the angle of the main carrier by pushing one end down or bringing it up. A rotating device assembly rotates the main mast and main carrier clockwise or counterclockwise from rest position over its stationary post. The main carrier comprises a rigid frame with attachments including a cleaning assembly consisting of air cylinders with cleaning wiper systems, tracks for the air cylinder shafts, wash material pipes with spray devices attached, rinse material pipes with spray devices attached, and compressed air drying pipes with air spray devices.
Garment Drying Device
A device for drying the liners of prosthetic devices. The drying device includes a pair of panels each having a head and a base. A plurality of protrusions extends from each of the heads about a first mid-line. The first panel and the second panel interlock perpendicularly with each other at the first and second mid-lines to create a free-standing device in an X shape.
Lighted vehicle wash dryer assembly
A lighted dryer assembly for a vehicle wash system including a housing portion, having a head portion, a body portion, and an outlet portion. The head portion includes an air inlet portion for drawing air into the head portion and an outlet for passing the air to the body portion. The outlet portion has a plurality of exit nozzles that are configured to emit high velocity air therefrom for removing water from an exterior surface of a vehicle while disposed in a vehicle treatment area. The body portion includes an upper portion where air is received from the head portion and a lower portion disposed remote from the upper portion. A light source is disposed within the housing portion and configured to emit light that can be seen by a vehicle disposed in the vehicle treatment area.
