VACUUM DRYING TANK
The present disclosure discloses a vacuum drying tank, including a shell and a pumping device. The shell includes a first shell part, a second shell part, and a third shell part; the second shell part has an accommodating cavity provided with an opening in the top; an air pumping hole is formed in the accommodating cavity; the first shell part is, hermetically covered at the opening; the third shell part is arranged below the second shell part; the pumping device is arranged in the third shell part and is communicated with the air pumping hole; and the pumping device is used for pumping out air in the accommodating cavity from the air pumping hole, so that the accommodating cavity is in a vacuum state.
Apparatus and methods for drying materials
A method for drying materials is disclosed. The method comprises introducing a material into a dryer chamber, creating steam from vaporizing moisture in the material by maintaining the chamber at a temperature, conditioning the material using the steam created from vaporing moisture in the material by conveying the material along a length of the chamber from an inlet end to an outlet end, exhausting steam near the inlet end of the chamber, exhausting steam near a dry-end exit end of the chamber, controlling a migration of moisture between the inlet and outlet ends by adjusting an exhaust flow rate near the inlet end of the chamber and/or an exhaust flow rate near the dry-end exit end of the chamber, and withdrawing the material from the chamber.
Method and apparatus for loading a lyophilization system
Disclosed are systems and methods for aseptically filling pharmaceutical containers with a pharmaceutical substance and then lyophilizing it. In one general aspect, the system and method can employ a lyophilizer loader subsystem having an interior chamber in communication with an interior chamber of a lyophilizer subsystem via a portal with a sealable door, with the collective interior being aseptically sealable. An articulated robotic arm can be employed to batch transfer to the lyophilizer subsystem container nests bearing the pharmaceutical containers. In one embodiment, the nests may be transferred serially to the loader subsystem, with the articulated robotic arm being configured to transfer the nests of containers in batches to the lyophilizer subsystem. The articulated robotic arm can also be configured to be used to move batches of nests within the lyophilizer subsystem. One implementation includes two articulated arms and a joint rotary wrist driven by two rotary shoulders.
Electrostatic spray dryer system
An electrostatic spray dryer for drying liquid into powder including an elongated cylindrical drying chamber having an electrostatic spray nozzle at an upper end and a powder collection vessel at a lower end. The powder collection vessel includes a removable and replaceable filter collections sock made of filter material for receiving and collecting dried powder from the drying chamber. For cleaning residual powder from an inside wall of the drying chamber, a scraper member is provided that is coupled by magnetic attraction to a manually removable driver on the external surface of the wall.
PLANT FOR DRYING GRANULAR POLYMER MATERIAL
A plant for drying granular polymer material comprises a hopper, in which granular polymer material is dried, and a process gas circuit which is configured to supply a process gas to the hopper in order to dry the granular polymer material.
Lint catching system and exhaust assembly
A lint catching system is provided for a clothes dryer. The lint catching system filters lint from exhaust air expelled from the clothes dryer.
Continuous multi-chamber process
An installation for carrying out a continuous multi-stage industrial process includes a housing that defines a first space and a second space that is connected to the first through a first connecting channel. Different pressure conditions prevail in these spaces during the course of the process. A process material is passed sequentially through the first space, the first connecting channel and the second space. A transported material is provided in the first connecting channel to form a free-flowing sealing zone with the process material and ensures that different process conditions will be maintained in the two spaces, and in particular that different pressures will be maintained in the two spaces. The invention also relates to a multi-stage continuous industrial process using such an installation.
DRYING DEVICE AND DRYING METHOD
A drying device includes multiple partitioned spaces, and a jetting device configured to jet air to a component holder in each of the multiple spaces.
Apparatus and method for selectively withdrawing panels with different finishes
A vertical oven for drying and temporarily storing painted panels includes racks for supporting the panels; an uploading/downloading system into/from the vertical oven; and a stacker crane having two multiple forks each including a plurality of single forks, a first multiple fork withdrawing the panels from a first side of the oven and a second multiple fork withdrawing the panels from the opposed side of the oven, the panels being positioned on the racks side by side or alone based on width. A control unit controls panel uploading/downloading and/or the stacker crane through a control software. Each single fork has an independent actuator and is separately controlled by the control unit. The software configures the control unit to determine the number of single forks to be actuated according to the length of the panel to be withdrawn, and the length of the stroke of the forks based on panel width.
Drying apparatus for granular materials and drying method for granular materials
A drying apparatus for granular materials in which granular materials in a drying tank are heated and dried; the drying apparatus includes a moving mechanism to move the granular materials in the drying tank; and a control section to control the moving mechanism so as to move the granular materials in the drying tank upon determining that temperature of the granular materials around a heating portion in the drying tank exceeds a glass transition temperature.
