A method of displaying a portable article having a body with a peripheral edge. A support assembly with a frame, fixed relative to a support, is obtained having U-shaped receptacles and a blocking assembly. The portable article is slid guidingly against the support assembly in a first direction consistently along a predetermined first path from a pre-assembly position into a display position. With the blocking assembly in a first state, the blocking assembly does not interfere with guided movement of the portable article oppositely to the first direction from the display position. With the blocking assembly changed into a second state, movement of the portable article in the display position along the predetermined first path oppositely to the first direction is blocked.

A modular shelving system includes a plurality of shelves, each shelf having a length and defining a first passage, a second passage, a first channel, and a second channel that each extend the full length of their respective shelf. The system also includes a plurality of bars, each bar defining a length and including a first bar opening at a first end and a second bar opening at a second end opposite the first end, and a plurality of connectors, each connector including at least two male portions, each male portion sized and shaped to be received in one of the first passage, the second passage, the first bar opening, and the second bar opening to interconnect each of the plurality of shelves and each of the plurality of bars.

A modular shelving system includes a plurality of shelves, each shelf having a length and defining a first passage, a second passage, a first channel, and a second channel that each extend the full length of their respective shelf. The system also includes a plurality of bars, each bar defining a length and including a first bar opening at a first end and a second bar opening at a second end opposite the first end, and a plurality of connectors, each connector including at least two male portions, each male portion sized and shaped to be received in one of the first passage, the second passage, the first bar opening, and the second bar opening to interconnect each of the plurality of shelves and each of the plurality of bars.

A data structure embodied on a computer-readable medium is disclosed. The data structure may include database schema such as a structured query language (SQL) database. The database schema may include a tiered reward schema that cooperates with a competition schema to reward contestants based on their status in the tiered reward schema. The tiered reward schema may encourage contestants that introduce and promote new songs and artist via their virtual or digital record label.

A rack for supporting items defines a channel or trough to receive support bases or blocks therein. Each support base carries at least one item. One item may be a router bit. The rack and support base(s) may collectively define a router bit storage and display system that can be mounted to a support surface, such as a wall or a router table. The system enables a woodworker to safely store and easily access router bits for use in their router device when needed. The router bits are maintained spaced apart from each other when supported by the rack so as to not damage each other. The system can be modular or modularly expanded to grow with the woodworker such that when the woodworker acquires more router bits, the system can add more racks and support bases to ensure there is adequate room for the woodworker's additional router bits.

The present invention relates to a puzzle box lid holder device designed to hold the puzzle box lid having a puzzle illustration in a position that is always visible to the user. The holder device has a slot within the body which is dimensioned to receive a puzzle box lid wall and hold the puzzle box lid securely in a substantially upright position. The slot is dimensioned to receive a box lid wall up to a depth of approximately 3″ and having a thickness of approximately 0.2″. The slot is recessed across a front portion of the holder device to accommodate box lids of any size. Users can maintain hands-free operation of the box lid while having the puzzle illustration visually available to the user allowing the user to more easily and enjoyably complete the puzzle.

Aspects of the present invention disclose and describe embodiment containers for displaying, visualizing, and aroma sampling botanical materials—such as tea, cannabis, and the like including a container body, lid, and lens—which may have various shapes. In a preferred embodiment, lid is shaped to define a recessed area with scent openings permitting aroma sampling of a sample contained within. A removable plug is shaped to fit within the recessed area of the lid. The container body and lid, with removable plug fit within the lid, form an airtight chamber within. A botanical sample may be visualized through the lens.

Embodiments of the present invention are directed to security systems for securing an item of merchandise from theft or unauthorized removal. For example, the security system may include a sensor configured to be coupled to the item of merchandise, wherein the sensor includes an electrical connector. The security system also includes a base configured to removably support the sensor thereon, wherein the base includes an electronics module having a connector. The connector of the sensor and the connector of the electronics module are configured to electrically connect with one another when the sensor is supported on the base, and the sensor is configured to detect unauthorized removal of the item of merchandise from the sensor.

Embodiments of the present invention are directed to security systems for securing an item of merchandise from theft or unauthorized removal. For example, the security system may include a sensor configured to be coupled to the item of merchandise, wherein the sensor includes an electrical connector. The security system also includes a base configured to removably support the sensor thereon, wherein the base includes an electronics module having a connector. The connector of the sensor and the connector of the electronics module are configured to electrically connect with one another when the sensor is supported on the base, and the sensor is configured to detect unauthorized removal of the item of merchandise from the sensor.
