AUTOMATIC SMOKELESS OVEN WITH FAR INFRARED HEATING
The disclosure provides an automatic smokeless oven with far infrared heating including a seat body, a rotating device, an air treatment device and a cooling device. The infrared heater is positioned above a first cavity and used for heating the first cavity so as to prevent grease, sauce and the like from contacting a heating source to generate oily smoke. The rotating device is arranged in a second cavity and used for driving the food to be baked to turn over, so as to realize an automatically turning over of the food. The air treatment device is arranged at the bottom of the first cavity and used for filtering the air in the first cavity to further reduce smoke emission. The cooling device is arranged at the bottom of the first cavity and communicated with the third cavity for driving the cooling water to flow through the third cavity.
FURNACE FOR PARTIALLY HEATING METAL COMPONENTS
A continuous furnace for the heat treatment of steel sheets, such as hot forming and press hardening, wherein two zones with mutually different temperatures are formed in the furnace, and a separating wall is present between the two zones. A gap is present in the closed state between the steel sheet and the separating wall and a surface cooling nozzle is in the form of a tube, wherein the surface cooling nozzle has outlet openings pointing downwards in the vertical direction and the surface cooling nozzle is arranged in the direction towards a relatively cooler zone.
Cooling unit, heat insulating structure, and substrate processing apparatus
There is provided a cooling unit, comprising: an intake pipe provided for each of a plurality of zones and configured to supply a gas for cooling a reaction tube; a control valve provided in the intake pipe and configured to adjust a flow rate of the gas; a buffer part configured to temporarily store the gas supplied from the intake pipe; and openings provided so as to blow the gas stored in the buffer part toward the reaction tube, wherein the flow rate of the gas introduced into the intake pipe is set according to vertical length ratios of the zones such that the flow rate and a flow velocity of the gas injected from the openings toward the reaction tube are adjusted by opening and closing the control valve.

WATER COOLED BOX FOR A METAL MAKING FURNACE
A water cooled box to be installed in the side wall of a metal making furnace to hold and protect implements such as a burner, a lance, or a material (i.e., carbon or lime) injection device. The box preferably comprises a copper outer shell and a steel inner shell liner welded together, whereby a chamber is formed through which cooling water passes. The box further comprises an inlet and outlet for the water flow and a plurality of conduit passages between the copper and steel shells for mounting the aforementioned implements. The copper shell has bars or slots for slag retention and the steel shell has means for mounting the box into the furnace wall. The copper shell is formed into a curved U-shape for preventing cracking due to thermal mechanical stress and to raise the natural frequency of the panel to resist vibration which can also cause cracking.

SPRAY COOLING FURNACE ELECTRODES WITH A COOLING LIQUID THAT CONTAINS SURFACTANTS
A method for cooling furnace electrodes using a cooling liquid containing surfactants. This method can be applied to electrodes used in electric arc furnaces and ladle metallurgy furnaces. The method can involve spraying the cooling liquid onto the electrode, thereby lowering the temperature of the electrode and reducing electrode consumption.

SYSTEM AND METHOD TO APPLY MULTIPLE THERMAL TREATMENTS TO WORKPIECE AND RELATED TURBOMACHINE COMPONENTS
Embodiments of the disclosure provide a system including: an enclosure having an interior sized to enclose and the workpiece and form a vacuum and pressurized atmosphere within the interior. A plurality of thermal applicators may be in thermal communication with first and second portions of the interior. First and second thermal applicators may independently heat and cool the first and second portions of the interior. The first thermal applicator may apply a first thermal treatment to a first portion of the workpiece in the first portion of the interior. A second thermal applicator may apply a second thermal treatment to a second portion of the workpiece in the second portion of the interior independently of the first thermal treatment.
Arc furnace bottom construction
An arc furnace bottom construction for maintaining the outer surface temperature of the bottom construction essentially at least on the lower part of the arc furnace essentially close to the temperature surrounding the arc furnace. The bottom construction contains at least two constructions to be cooled and being positioned to each other in different heights seen from the side view.
