A heat exchanger has a rectangular-shaped core having a plurality of fluid passages extending in a width direction and air fins interleaved between said fluid passages. The heat exchanger has tanks that define fluid manifolds located at opposite ends of the core and fluidly connected by the plurality of fluid passages between the tanks. The tanks each include an extruded tank section with open ends and end caps that enclose the ends of the extruded tank section. The tanks are assembled and attached to the core such that each of the end caps is located at each of four corners of the rectangular-shaped core.

Liquid receiver and condenser using the same

A liquid receiver is composed of a tubular base member having open upper and lower ends, a tubular tank member having a closed upper end and an open lower end and joined to the base member, and a plug fitted into the base member. A female screw is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the base member, and refrigerant inflow and outflow holes are formed in a portion of the base member above the female screw such that the former is located above the latter. A male screw to be screwed into the female screw is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the plug to be located below the refrigerant outflow hole. Sealing is established between a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the base member located below the female screw and a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the plug located below the male screw.

MULTI-MANIFOLD CONNECTOR

A multi-manifold connector is provided. The multi-manifold connector includes a base, a hot water connector, and a cold water connector, where the hot water connector and the cold water connector are arranged on the base; the hot water connector is provided with a water inlet; the cold water connector is provided with a water outlet; a bottom of the base is provided with multiple first water pipes and multiple second water pipes; the multiple first water pipes run through the base and are communicated with the hot water connector; and the multiple second water pipes run through the base and are communicated with the cold water connector.

The cooling flasks are designed to be set within the tank in such a way that a gap smaller than 2.5 millimeters is formed between each two adjacent cooling flasks, creating a cooling space. The volume of the cooling flasks is three times greater or more than the volume of the cooling space. A user can pour hot water into the cooling space and a coolant material within the cooling flasks adsorbs heat from the hot water.

The present invention discloses a tray, a tray assembly, a battery pack assembly and a vehicle. The tray includes: a bottom plate, where the bottom plate includes a plurality of sub-bottom plates, flow channels are provided in at least some sub-bottom plates of the plurality of sub-bottom plates, and a battery assembly is suitable for being mounted on a sub-bottom plate in which a flow channel is provided; and a frame, where the frame is disposed around the bottom plate. Based on the tray according to the present invention, a volume requirement on the cavity for holding the battery assembly may be reduced, the flow channels are arranged more concisely, and a water cooling mode and an air cooling mode may be compatible. Particularly, in the water cooling mode, even if a cooling liquid leaks, the cooling liquid may directly flow outward, the battery assembly is not short-circuited, and the battery assembly is used more safely. This may play a role of relatively well protecting the battery assembly.

HEAT EXCHANGER

A heat exchanger includes a peripheral wall having a polygonal tube shape and partition walls that divide an inside of the peripheral wall into first cells and second cells, the first cells and the second cells extending in an axial direction of the peripheral wall. Ends of each of the first cells in the axial direction are sealed and adjacent ones of the first cells are in communication with one another so that the first cells constitute a first passage having a U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the axial direction. The first passage includes an inflow port and an outflow port that are open in the same surface of the peripheral wall. Each of the second cells constitutes a second passage including an inflow port and an outflow port provided respectively at ends of each of the second cells in the axial direction.

A counter-flow fin plate heat exchanger for gas-to-gas heat exchange includes several outer channel fins, an outer channel bending plate, an inner channel fin and an inner channel bending plate. The outer channel bending plate is a flat plate with two sides bending upward vertically. The inner channel bending plate is a cuboid box without a cap on the top, and the top of the inner channel bending plate is hermetically fixed with the bottom of the outer channel bending plate. The several outer channel fins are arranged in parallel inside the outer channel bending plate. The inner channel fins are arranged inside the inner channel bending plate. Ends of a side surface corresponding to two long sides of the inner channel bending plate are respectively provided with an opening, and the two openings are respectively disposed at different ends of the two side surfaces.

PRIME SURFACE HEAT EXCHANGER WITH CONTOURED SEPARATOR MEMBERS

A heat exchanger includes a plurality of interconnected separator members that respectively include a first surface and an opposite second surface. The separator members respectively include an array of wave features. Also, the separator members are stacked and disposed in an alternating arrangement with the first surfaces of adjacent separator members facing each other and attached at the respective wave features, and with the second surfaces of adjacent separator members facing each other and attached at the respective wave features. The heat exchanger also includes a plurality of first flow passages for first fluid flow and second flow passages for second fluid flow. The second fluid and the first fluid are configured to exchange heat through the separator members.
