Heat exchanger cleaning installation and associated system
A cleaning installation of a heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger linked upstream to an intake duct for a fluid and downstream to an outlet duct for the fluid. A system is provided for recovering cleaning bodies from the outlet duct after cleaning of the exchanger by the bodies and for reinjecting bodies into the intake duct. The system includes a member capable of being displaced between a first position in which the system is configured to recover and contain cleaning bodies in the mobile member, and a second position in which the system is configured to take fluid from the intake duct and reinject, into this duct, via the mobile member and under the action of the fluid taken, cleaning bodies contained in the member.
Method and device for cleaning interiors of tanks and systems
A method and a cleaning device for removing deposits in interiors of tanks and systems by explosion technology. The cleaning device, an explosive, gaseous mixture is provided and caused to explode in order to clean the interior. The explosion pressure wave is conducted into the interior via an outlet opening in the cleaning device. The explosive mixture or gaseous components thereof are introduced into an accommodating chamber of the cleaning device from pressure vessels at high velocity.
Heat Transfer Apparatus with Ultraviolet Air Treatment
In one aspect, a heat transfer apparatus including an air inlet, an air outlet, a fan assembly to generate an airflow from the air inlet to the air outlet, a heat exchanger to transfer heat to the airflow, and an ultraviolet (UV) light source operable to emit UV light and treat the airflow. The heat transfer apparatus further including an automated cleaning apparatus operable to clean an interior surface of the heat transfer apparatus and increase an intensity of UV light in the heat transfer apparatus. The automated cleaning apparatus has a controller configured to cause the automated cleaning apparatus to clean the interior surface of the heat transfer apparatus in response to a reduced airflow UV treatment effectiveness condition.
