STEAM-GENERATING UNIT OF DUAL CIRCUIT REACTOR WITH PURGE AND DRAIN SYSTEM
The steam generating unit of dual circuit reactor with blowdown and drain system is implemented in the close loop, without any conventional blowdown expansion tanks and is designed for maximum pressure of the steam generator (SG) working medium. The SG blowdown water is combined into a single line, cooled down in the regenerative heat exchanger, then in the blowdown aftercooler and drain cooling line and taken out of the tight shell. Out of the tight shell, the SG blowdown water is supplied for treatment to the SG blowdown water treatment system designed for maximum pressure of the steam generator (SG) working medium. After treatment, the water returns to the tight shell and, via the regenerative heat exchanger, to the feed pipelines of each SG. The invention provides increased SG blowdown that leads to the accelerated chemical condition normalization even with considerable deviations.

Described herein is a single unit optimizing controller (100) capable of operating any known type of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration HVACR system (an HVACR system is denote by reference numeral (101)), which include all ACR systems. HVACR system (101) takes the form of an air conditioning unit. The controller includes a communications section (102) for communicating with one or more remote controller terminal in the form of a web application (103) and a control section (104). The air conditioning unit of HVACR system (101) includes at least one cooling unit having a compressor wherein the control section is operatively associated with HVACR system (101) for selectively activating or deactivating the at least one cooling unit based on one or more settings received from web application (103) via communications section (102).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING EFFICIENCY OF A HEAT SINK
A heatsink comprising a heat exchange device having a plurality of heat exchange elements each having a surface boundary with respect to a heat transfer fluid, having successive elements or regions having varying size scales. According to one embodiment, an accumulation of dust or particles on a surface of the heatsink is reduced by a removal mechanism. The mechanism can be thermal pyrolysis, vibration, blowing, etc. In the case of vibration, adverse effects on the system to be cooled may be minimized by an active or passive vibration suppression system.

AIR-COOLED HEAT EXCHANGER CLEANING AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL APPARATUS
An apparatus for the maintenance and operation of an air-cooled heat exchanger (ACHE) includes a plurality of spray tubes provided with spaced-apart nozzles permanently positioned between the finned heat exchange tubes and longitudinally aligned within the region of the finned-tube pitch. The apparatus is operable in several modes, including cleaning where the flow of air is stopped and temperature-controlled pressurized water with an optional cleaning agent is discharged from the nozzles to dislodge dirt and debris from the finned surfaces while simultaneously cooling the hot process liquid. When extremes of ambient air temperatures preclude the forced air fans from achieving the target temperature range of the process liquid passing through the ACHE, refrigerated pressurized cooled water and compressed air in the form of a mist is discharged from the nozzles, or alternatively, pressurized heated air is discharged from the nozzles.

Solution for removing various types of deposits
The invention relates to cleaning deposits of various natures from metal, glass and ceramic surfaces of industrial equipment and can be used for the removal of such deposits, as metal oxides (iron, chromium, nickel, etc.), carbonate and salt deposits, asphalt-tar-paraffin deposits and deposits of an oily nature, deposits of organic and biological nature (bacterial deposits). The proposed solution for removing deposits of different natures comprises hydrogen peroxide, complexing agent, calixarene and water in the following quantitative ratio, wt. %: hydrogen peroxide, 2-90; complexing agent, 3-30; calixarene, 0.01-10; water, the balance. EFFECT: increased degree of cleaning off deposits of various natures with simultaneous reduction of solution aggressiveness to structural materials.
Heat-exchanging ventilation device, method for attaching heat exchanger, and method for detaching heat exchanger
A heat-exchanging ventilation device performs ventilation while exchanging heat between a supply airflow and a discharge airflow. The heat-exchanging ventilation device includes: a casing; a heat exchanger having a prism shape and accommodated in the casing to be insertable into and removable from the casing; a plurality of support members to support the heat exchanger in the casing; and a rotational force applying unit to apply a rotational force to the heat exchanger and rotate the heat exchanger. When a rotational force is applied to the heat exchanger in one direction by the rotational force applying unit, the heat exchanger is pressed against the support members, and when application of a rotational force in the one direction by the rotational force applying unit is stopped, the heat exchanger becomes rotatable in another direction.
Continuous filtration with backflush clearance of alternate filters
Improved steamblow commissioning of a steam plant with continuous filtration of particle laden condensate through dual strainer filters with backflush means operatable in parallel to enable isolation of one and backflushing while the other is backflushed and venting backflushed particles to waste to enable an uninterrupted commissioning process recycling steam with significant particulate burden relived by continuous cycling in alteration through the dual filers and removal of particles to waste with backflush.
