Firearm with multi-part chamber locking assembly
Improvements in a firearm with a multi-part chamber locking assembly is disclosed to allow the casing ejection and reloading sequence to be temporarily slowed down to capture the optimum amount of ignited gun powders expanding gas, prior to the round exiting the barrel. Large slide component(s) of a firearm are replaced with a multi-part chamber locking assembly. This negates the requirement for a round to move laterally after moving vertically. The round only moves vertically thus mitigating the requirement for any forward motion. The multi-part chamber reduces the weight and materials needed to actuate all components of the ejecting and reloading process, so more energy is available to transfer movement of casing ejecting. The round is fired with a hammer or striker through impingement or a firing pin actuated action on a primer to ignite the propellant.
Breech mechanism of a pistol with semi free slide
Invention refers to a breech mechanism of a pistol with a barrel which is tilting during the recoil. Barrel (1) ledge (3) at the bottom has long slots (7), placed along its lateral surfaces, which intrude in corresponding guides (8), performed in frame (5), and the front side of the barrel (1) is placed in the slide (4) guiding hole 6.Besides that, barrel (1) ledge (3) has opened transverse slot (9) with radial edges, situated with bottom-upward tilt and close lateral hole (13). In the long slot (9) the roller (10) is placed, which is pressed up by the spring (11), situated at the closed hole (13), closed by the socket (12). On the inner sidewalls of the frame (5) bevels (14) are performed, on which the roller (10) ends are sliding and on the inner sidewalls of the slide (4) cuts (15) are performed, wherein the roller (10) ends intrude, when the slide (4) is on the forward position.

Gas key
An improved gas key assembly for a fire arm, such as an AR 15 or a M4 rifle, having a gas key fastened by fasteners on a bolt carrier assembly where the gas key moves with the bolt carrier when the fire arm is fired, wherein the gas key has a slot for receiving a key element in the slot and the key element has a stem which is seated in the slot and a rail which overlays the fasteners to removably secure the gas key to the bolt carrier and holds gas key resisting unintended separation of the gas key from the bolt carrier. Also the invention includes a method for securing a gas key to a bolt carrier in such a fire arm.
Firearm end cap
An end cap for a semiautomatic pistol is mounted at the breech end of a slide to maintain the striker assembly in place when subject to inertial loads. The end cap includes a body with a base and a cover. A metal plate is mounted between the base and cover to prevent striker blow-out in the event that a primer is pierced. Flexible, resilient projections extend from the base and engage the slide within a recess, the projections extending transversely to the firing axis to counter inertial forces that might otherwise dislodge the end cap and cause a stoppage.
Lock interface insert for bolt assembly of a firearm
A bolt for a firearm includes, among other things, a bolt body extending between a first bolt end and a second bolt end, the bolt body defining a shaped cavity adjacent to a breech lock recess. The shaped cavity is defined by a cavity floor extending between a forward cavity face and a rear cavity face, the forward cavity face defines a forward angle relative to the cavity floor, the rear cavity face defines a rear angle relative to the cavity floor, and each of the forward angle and the rear angle is acute. A bolt assembly for a firearm and a method of fabricating a bolt for a firearm are also disclosed.
Trigger mechanism for a pistol
A pistol having a sliding hammer (5), a trigger mechanism including a trigger rod (2), an automatic safety (10) which can engage said sliding hammer (5) and a two armed lever (8) rotatably mounted on an axis (15) for operating the automatic safety (10) by means of a first arm (9), said trigger rod (2) having a rear end which is bent to a form a horizontal part, said horizontal part comprising: a first alignment edge (3) which engages a hammer ledge (4) on said sliding hammer (5) and a second alignment edge (6) which engages a hollow (7) in a second arm (11) of the two armed lever (8).
Interchangeable trigger assembly for firearms
An interchangeable trigger assembly for firearms, particularly for over/under shotguns, which can be applied within a break action of a gun, by insertion in a lower opening of the break action; the assembly includes two detachable portions: a firing unit and a trigger unit, the firing unit including firing members; the trigger unit including at least one trigger which acts on actuation members of the firing members.
Breech assembly with expandable mandrel
A breech assembly for a gun having a barrel and a barrel extension extending rearwardly from the barrel. The barrel extension includes a throughbore aligned with the barrel as well as a radially inwardly extending annular abutment surface adjacent the rear end of the barrel extension. An elongated bolt is axially slidably received through the barrel extension throughbore when moved to a firing position. An expandable mandrel is mounted to the bolt so that the mandrel surrounds at least a portion of the bolt. An expansion pin is slidably mounted on the bolt and movable between a retracted position in which the mandrel collapses onto the bolt and allows removal of the bolt from the barrel extension, and an inserted position in which at least a portion of the expansion pin is inserted into the mandrel and deflects the mandrel radially outwardly so that a rear end of the mandrel abuts against the abutment surface and locks the bolt to the barrel extension.
Bolt rifle assembly
An expandable linear explosive shape charge positioner for severing tubular members whereby a plurality of arc-shaped charge chambers are positioned along the same plane and adjacent to the interior walls of the tubular members and detonated to sever the tubular members. The invention is placed within a tubular member and includes a remotely extendible framework having remotely detonable linear explosive shape charges enclosed therein. When in the collapsed position, the apparatus passes through constrictions within the tubular members. When extended, the framework is positioned transversely to the axis of the tubular member with the shape charges positioned adjacent the interior walls thereof. Shape charge chambers with angled ends are presented to provide overlap when the device is fully extended to better ensure complete separation of the tubular member at the discontinuities of the shape charges about the plane of severance.
