Weapon demilitarization system and process
A fully automatic small arms demilitarization system includes individual infeed conveyance systems loaded at a single process initiation location; multiple hydraulic press stations fed by the individual infeed conveyance systems; and the multiple hydraulic press stations configured to crush one section of each weapon per cycle, incrementally crushing an entire length of each weapon, completely distorting each weapon to preclude restoration to a useable condition. The system further including an output system configured to output demilitarized weapons onto a common outfeed conveyance system that delivers the demilitarized weapons to a single recycle bin.
Firearm
An upper receiver assembly of a firearm is disclosed. The upper receiver assembly contains a barrel, an extension block removably coupled with the barrel, an upper receiver removably coupled with the extension block, a handguard mounting block removably coupled with the barrel, and a handguard removably coupled with the handguard mounting block.
Link feed assembly with links
A link feed assembly. There is: a bolt carrier near a chamber of a modular weapon system; an infeed ramp, coupled to a first side of a weapon frame near the chamber; an outfeed ramp, coupled to a second side of the capon frame near the chamber and opposite the infeed ramp, positioned to form a space between the infeed ramp and the outfeed ramp; and a feed arm assembly coupled to the weapon frame and extending over the space between the infeed ramp and the outfeed ramp, the feed arm assembly functionally coupled to the bolt carrier such that cycling of the bolt carrier forward and backwards causes cycling of the feed arm assembly in a circuitous motion, the feed arm including a grabbing protrusion that is shaped to grab a top portion of a link during cycling of the feed arm assembly.

Slide cover plate for the slide of a striker-fired hand gun
A slide cover plate (1) for the slide (2) of a striker-fired hand gun, closes the end portion (4) of the slide (2) opposite to the muzzle (3) and provides support for an end portion (11) of a spring striker unit (5) and/or an end portion (21) of a spring extractor unit (15) inside of the slide (2). The slide cover plate (1) received into a groove (7) provided in the end portion (4) of the slide (2), where the slide cover plate (1) is fixed in its position. The slide cover plate (1) comprises a backwardly protruding part having larger face area than the cross sectioned area of the slide (2) at its end portion (4). The slide cover plate (1) comprises a hollow section, which forms a recess for reaching the end portion (11) of the spring striker unit (5) and/or the end portion (21) of the spring extractor unit (15) by tool when the slide cover plate (1) is pushed into the groove (7) but is at an intermediate position different from the terminal position, said hollow section and recess extend behind the face area of the backwardly protruding part in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the slide (2).
FIRING PIN SAFETY OF A FIREARM
The invention relates to a firing pin safety of a firearm, which firearm (100) comprises a firing pin safety (10), a hammer (17), a bolt (18), a bolt carrier (12) and a firing pin (15), in which the firing pin safety (10) comprises a safety lever (11) mounted on a bolt carrier (12) of the firearm, which firing pin safety (10) is configured to control movement of a firing pin (15) of the firearm. The safety lever (11) and the hammer (17) are integrated functionally, the safety lever (11) is turnable and has three main positions: a basic position, in which position the safety lever (11) retains movement of the firing pin (15) to a primer of a cartridge and from inside the bolt (18), a release position, in which the safety lever (11) actuated by the hammer (17) releases movement of the firing pin (15) towards the primer of the cartridge but not from inside the bolt (18), and a dismantle position, in which position the safety lever (11) of the firing pin safety (10) can be dismantled and the firing pin (15) can be removed manually from inside the bolt (18) of the firearm (100) without tools.

TRIGGER UNIT FOR A FIREARM AND A FIREARM EQUIPPED THEREWITH
Modular systems including a trigger unit for a firearm, wherein the trigger unit is designed as a drop-in trigger unit to complement a trigger pocket of the lower receiver of the firearm, and that the trigger pocket is received by the trigger housing, preferably completely.
TRIGGER FOR A FIREARM AND A FIREARM EQUIPPED THEREWITH
A trigger unit for a firearm, including a rotatable trigger lever in which the trigger lever has a trigger bar which lies below the trigger axis and is moved when the trigger bar is actuated against a barrel direction, and a fire-control/safety selector for selecting at least one “safe” and one “fire” position, where a locking lever rotatably mounted about a locking lever axis is arranged in the trigger unit and is biased in a circumferential direction by a locking lever spring, and that the locking lever axis, when viewed in the barrel direction, is arranged behind the trigger axis, and the locking lever is designed to releasable fix the fire-control/ safety selector in a selectable position.
Upper receiver for a firearm
The invention relates to an upper receiver for a firearm, comprising a supporting part, which supports a barrel bushing for receiving a barrel, a guide for a longitudinally movable breech carrier, and an anchor for a sight. The guide for the breech carrier is formed on the underside of a rail block preferably made of metal which has the anchor for the sight on its upper side, and the supporting part is also preferably made of metal and mounted both to the barrel bushing and to the rail block via removable fasteners.
