BARREL MECHANISMS FOR FIREARM TRAINING
A firearm training barrel for a replica gun, the gun having a slide and a magazine with a follower. The barrel includes an extended or extendable member positioned or positionable to simulate the presence of one or more pellets in the magazine, whereby the replica gun can be fired even after the magazine's follower has reached the top of the magazine.
Lightweight Cartridge Case and Weapon System
The rifle system comprises a rifle and an ammunition round for operation with the rifle. The high pressure ammunition round further comprises a cartridge case having an outer wall wherein prior to firing of the ammunition round, the outer wall geometry of the cartridge case is devoid of features configured for interfacing with a mechanical extractor. The rifle further comprising a barrel chamber which fully supports a chambered cartridge case and a rear extraction mechanism for extracting a spent cartridge case through the rear of the barrel chamber.
Extractor for firearms
An extractor for a firearm. The extractor includes an extractor body, an edge at a first end of the extractor body, a pivot at a second end of the extractor body, opposite the first end, and a locking portion. The extractor edge is configured to engage a bullet casing. The pivot is configured to permit the extractor to pivot about a first axis and to pivot about a second axis that is orthogonal to the first axis when the extractor is installed within a firearm slide. The locking portion is configured to engage with a corresponding locking element in the firearm slide.
Pellet ejection mechanism for firearm training
A firearm training barrel for a replica gun, the gun having a slide, a magazine configured to store pellets, and a nozzle. The barrel includes a pellet ejecting mechanism to eject pellets loaded in the magazine thereby simulating the ejection of a casing/shell.
