METHODS AND APPARATUS TO FACILITATE EQUIPMENT STATUS VERIFICATION IN A STORAGE DEVICE
Methods and apparatus are disclosed to facilitate equipment status verification in a storage device. An example vehicle comprises: an equipment rack, a processor and memory, and a display. The equipment rack includes sensors to generate presence and securement information. The processor and memory are in communication with the sensors and are configured to: determine a presence status of an object assigned to the equipment rack, determine a securement status of the object in the equipment rack, and display a report of the presence and securement statuses via the display.
DELINKER MECHANISM FOR CHAIN-DRIVEN MACHINE GUN
A compact 50 caliber machine gun system which utilizes an original Browning rear-stripping ammunition link design. The chain-driven machine gun system features a delinker assembly configured to receive a belt of linked cartridges, separate each of the cartridge from the belt rearwardly, and feed each of the cartridges for firing. The delinking function is separated from the motion of the bolt assembly so as to reduce the overall length of the gun system. The receiver has a receiver mounting length RML from the rear base of each incoming cartridge in a belt of connected links to the rear end of the receiver that is less than 15 inches. A shuttle feed system is incorporated into the basic chain gun style mechanism which had been limited to a sprocket feed on all previous designs. An electronic anti-hangfire system uses a single proximity switch and the already existing parts and motions of the gun.
Firearm mounting system and method thereof
A firearm mounting system has an L-bracket and a mounting support coupled to a first surface of the L-bracket and adapted to rotate in a first direction. The mounting support has a shaft and a bearing disposed on the shaft extending through a first opening in the body and a second opening in the L-bracket and the bearing is disposed within the first opening. The mounting support has a fixed riser and a tensioning bar and a cam lock extending through the fixed riser and tensioning bar. A base assembly is coupled to a second surface of the L-bracket and adapted to rotate in a first direction. The base assembly has a shaft and a bearing disposed on the shaft extending through a first opening in the base body and a second opening in of the L-bracket and the bearing is disposed within the first opening.
MISSION CONFIGURABLE MOUNTING SYSTEM
A mounting system alternatively configurable as either a mount for a remotely operated weapon, or as a defensive fighting position, including a container portion and a platform assembly portion disposed within the container portion. The platform assembly portion includes a vertically moveable platform selectively attachable to which is a remotely operated weapon mount or a plurality of ballistic wall and roof panels, and frame members for supporting the panels. A lift mechanism is operably connected to the platform, and the platform is moveable by the lift mechanism from a first vertical position to a second vertical position located above the first vertical position. The mounting system has a fully deployed state in the second vertical position in which either the weapon mount or the defensive fighting position structure is supported by the platform and is disposed above the container portion.
Mount for holding and locking a firearm
A mount for holding and locking a firearm thereto. The mount includes an upwardly extending support mounted to a base, in turn, fixedly securable to a surface. The top end portion of the support is configured to extend into the magazine well of the firearm and has a mount pin slidably moveable into the firearm preventing removal of the firearm from the mount. A mechanism is provided for controllably moving the mount pin.
Firearm mount
A firearm mount, components thereof, and associated methods. The firearm can be configured for use with an AR-15 style firearm or other type of firearm. The firearm mount is adapted to securely hold the firearm assembly in position for cleaning, maintenance, and/or gunsmithing tasks. The firearm mount can include a lock configured to selectively lock and unlock a firearm assembly thereon.
Gun rack and a gun holder assembly
Disclosed is a gun rack structure that ensures the secure fixation of rifles and long-barreled weapons. More specifically the gun rack is applicable to weapons that are ready to be used at any time, and ensures that they are kept securely by fixing it to a certain place indoors or inside a vehicle. Thanks to the adjustable structure of the gun rack, it can be adapted to different fore-end and barrel structures, after the weapon is placed, it is activated with one move that provides to fix the fore-end or barrel and likewise it is inactivated with one move that provides to disengage the fore-end or barrel. The disclosed gun rack and gun holder assembly give military personnel the practicality they need.
System and methods for network routing and data repackaging
Embodiments of the invention are directed a network routing and data repackaging system. The system pairs a multilayered obstructed brokered network routing and data repackaging system, sometimes referred to as a MOB HUB, with a cyber kneeboard. Both the MOB HUB and cyber kneeboard communicate with a mobile computer removably-attached to the cyber kneeboard.
