A weighted car seat pad includes a generally U-shaped main body having a pair of side protrusions that define a recessed buckle area. A retention strap extends across a portion of the recessed buckle area, and an opening is disposed along one side of the pad. A weighted pad insert is removably secured within the main body, and includes a specific weight that is matched to the age group and/or particular condition of a child with whom the pad will be used.

A flexible pillow device is provided that is formed of a plurality of pillow members connected in an aligned arrangement. The pillow members are connected along their sides and are pivotable relative to one another to form either a flat or arch configuration. The device is useful for serving as a one of a flat pillow, one that can conform to an underlying shape, or one that can form a free-standing arch shape with an open interior. In one embodiment, the pillow members include a first side portion that is aligned with an adjacent pillow member, and with a second side portion that is faceted inward to allow adjacent pillows to form against one another when in an arch configuration. Another embodiment contemplates rounded pillow members. When in an arch configuration, the open interior accommodates a user's arm for sleeping on one's side or when sleeping with a partner.

A pillow is provided herein which includes a cover having opposing first and second panels. A gusset perimetrically bounds, and joins, the first and second panels. The gusset is formed of an open cell construction. Compliant fill material is disposed within the cover. Advantageously, with the subject invention, a pillow is provided allowing for lateral ventilation between opposing panels. This permits a cooling effect while a user is resting or sleeping.

A bedding assembly comprises an at least substantially rectangular insulating coverlet (1), an at least practically fitting sleeve (2) with which the duvet is covered. The sleeve (2) is closed on a first side (3) and open on an opposite side (4) in order to receive the coverlet (1). The pillowcase has a bottom layer that is adjacent to the bottom exterior of the pillowcase. The present invention is an apparatus for employing aromatherapy, binaural sounds, music, vibration, and visual effects for altering a user's emotional state. The apparatus comprises: a shape memory foam pillow, a pair of stereo speakers, an aromatherapy diffuser, a pillowcase comprised of a temperature-regulating fabric, a vibrating device, a strobe light, a canopy, and a housing to integrate and support these components. The user connects a smartphone or other portable digital audio device to the speakers, activates the aromatherapy diffuser, strobe light, and vibrating device, independently or in combination, and then lays his head down on the pillow beneath the open canopy. Ideally, the smartphone or audio device should have a meditation, music, or binaural sound application, which would be tuned to a specific beat frequency, e.g. 10 Hertz. The combined action of essential oil vapors, binaural sounds or music, vibration, and strobe light should alter the user's emotional state towards relaxation, sleepiness, or increased alertness, depending on the essential oils, sounds, vibration, and light patterns employed.

A headphone case is provided that serves as both a case for storing headphones and other objects, and a cushion to be worn around the neck. The case has either a fixed cushion located on different parts of the case, or a material that can be inflated, where the material has an outside layer comprising a cushion material. The case has two halves, a top half and lower half, which are held together by one or more hinges or other means. The headphone case can have a control unit for electronically inflating the material on the case, and for controlling units inside the case for controlling an amount and intensity of heat and vibration. Software can be uploaded to the control unit via a USB port or a Bluetooth antenna for controlling the different functions of the case. An application running on a phone, tablet or computer may control the functions of the various units inside the case.
