Apparatus for use in rendering safe unexploded ordnance

An apparatus for rendering safe unexploded military ordnance items found on land by use of a portable apparatus employing entrainment waterjet technology. The portable apparatus includes a tool package containing a plurality of tools designed for accessing the interior of a unexploded ordnance item. The interior of the ordnance item is accessed, and its internal contents, which it typically an energetic material is washed-out and recovered.

Method and apparatus for rendering safe unexploded ordnance found underwater

A system for rendering safe unexploded military ordnance items found underwater by use of immersible portable apparatus employing entrainment waterjet technology. The interior of the military ordnance item is accessed, and its internal contents are washed out and recovered. All services required to run the underwater apparatus are located above water.

Spitball gun for use with paper ammunition

Described is a spitball gun that is operable for collecting, wetting, and projecting paper ammunitions. The spitball gun includes a paper advancing chamber having an opening for receiving paper ammunition and an advancing mechanism for advancing paper through the paper advancing chamber to a loading chamber. A water tank is also connected with the loading chamber. A sliding handle is used to cause paper to be pulled through the paper advancing mechanism while water is released onto the paper from the water tank. A paper cutter is used to cut the paper and load the paper into the loading chamber. Finally, air from an attached air tank is used to expel a wetted paper wad from the loading chamber and through the barrel of the spitball gun.
