PULSE ELECTRONIC CONTROL ARREST GLOVE
A pulse electronic control arrest glove comprises a glove body, a power supply module, a first switch module, a pulse generation module, a second switch module, a plurality of pulse output points, and a pulse control module; wherein the power supply module, the first switch module, the pulse generation module, the second switch module, and the plurality of pulse output points are respectively connected to the glove body; the power supply module is connected to the first switch module; the first switch module is connected to the pulse generation module; the pulse generation module is connected to the second switch module; the second switch module is connected to the plurality of pulse output points respectively; the pulse control module is connected to the pulse generation module. The safety and practicability of use are improved by providing the two switches. By providing the pulse control module, the pulse electronic control arrest glove can be flexibly adjusted according to various actual combat scenarios and the need to of use, which meets needs of various actual combat environments which enhances the practicality and security.
Weaponized Drinking Vessel
A weaponized drinking vessel is an apparatus that contains a beverage and inflicts significant damage and pain against an attacker. The apparatus includes a holder body, a drinking vessel, a plurality of impact ridges, at least one light source, a microcontroller, and a power source. The holder body protects and further insulates the drinking vessel. The drinking vessel contains a beverage and insulates the beverage. The plurality of impact ridges increases the force and trauma of the apparatus against an attacker. The at least one light source illuminates the surrounding environment of the apparatus so that a user may accurately impact the plurality of impact ridges, as well as the holder body against an attacker. The microcontroller and the power source allow the at least one light source to operate. The apparatus further includes a lid that protects and contains the drinking vessel within the holder body.

Restraining device
A non-lethal restraining device includes an extendable restraining strap retained within a device body until deployed, when the extendable restraining strap is then looped over a person. A biasing element allows the extendable restraining strap to be tightened once it has been fully deployed and looped around a person's body to restrict the person's movement. When the extendable strap is tightened around the person's body, the device provides control points to direct and manipulate the person safely.

VELOCITY ALIGNED THROWABLE OBJECT
A VATO comprises a blade, a handle, a stabilizing assembly, and a spherical weight. In a preferred embodiment, the spherical weight makes up a significant portion of the overall weight of the VATO. The spherical weight is positioned between the blade and the handle, and the stabilizing assembly is attached to a rear portion of the handle. When the VATO is thrown, a velocity vector is established in the direction of the trajectory of the VATO. The stabilizing assembly produces aerodynamic drag which assists in keeping the blade oriented in a forward position with respect to the trajectory of the VATO. The spherical weight is permitted to freely rotate thereby enabling the blade, the handle and the stabilizing assembly to independently rotate into alignment with the trajectory of the VATO such that the blade is in a forward position as the VATO strikes a target.

Payload Launching Apparatus and Method
A method and device are provided for launching a payload from water, including a launching tube having inside walls, outside walls, a top and an inlet at the tube bottom, with the tube bottom anchored to the bottom water surface. The tube includes a convergent tubular nozzle or neck that is an inlet to the bottom and an outlet open at the top. A gate valve blocking the inlet is opened by remote control signals; or by an explosive plug blocking the inlet removed by an explosion initiated by remote control. The launching tube loaded with a payload and empty of water is installed in water with the inlet deep below the top positioned above the water surface.
