Firearm barrel assembly
The barrel of a pistol, specifically in a short recoil operated pistol, is comprised of multiple bearings surfaces comprised of cams and lugs that allow the pistol to function. The surfaces mechanically delay the pistol enough to allow the pistol to reliably function in the manner of an automatic firearm, chambering a round at the end of each cycle of operation. A barrel that locates a forward lug positioned horizontally in front of the trigger guard of the pistol with side cams that are shallow and interact in a way to provide the pistol with a robust and consistent lock up from shot to shot to provide an advantage in the function of the firearm.

3-cycle 2-stroke damper
A trigger activated arm may use a piston moving within a cylinder to dampen gun bolt speed. In some embodiments, gun bolt motion increases pressure within the cylinder bore to dampen rearward gun bolt speed. The pressure may be high enough to unseat the cylinder creating a vent that cylinder fluid exits. In other embodiments, gun bolt motion decreases pressure within the cylinder bore to dampen forward gun bolt speed.

SUPPRESSIBLE AND UNIVERSAL HANDGUN BARREL
Provided is a replacement pistol barrel for reliable operation when suppressed and that will universally fit multiple versions of a handgun model.
PISTOL FRAME
A pistol frame is suitable for mounting of a trigger mechanism which includes a trigger mechanism housing having a through channel. The pistol frame includes an upper frame portion defining a rear receiving space, and a rear rail block disposed in the rear receiving space and including a bottom plate, and two side plates extending upwardly the bottom plate. Each side plate has a through hole suitable for aligning with the through channel to permit extension of a trigger housing pin therethrough to thereby fix the rear rail block and the trigger mechanism housing to the upper frame portion. The bottom plate and the side plates cooperatively define at least one receiving space suitable for receiving the extensions.

Accessory attachment system for a handgun having a polymer slide cover
Disclosed is an accessory attachment system for a slide-action handgun having a slide cover with side holes, a mounting flange, and a flange lock pin. The slide cover includes a front end, a rear end, an upper surface, a right and left side that cover a slide mechanism of the firearm. The mounting flange is inserted into the upper surface of the slide cover for receiving and securing a handgun accessory. The mounting flange has a bottom surface configured to secure the accessory attached to the mounting flange to the underlying slide mechanism of the slide action handgun using the flange lock pin.
Gun slide galling prevention system
A gun slide galling prevention system includes a gun with a slide forming an elongated body. The elongated body includes a thickness and an inner surface along with an elongated cavity extending inwardly from the inner surface and into the thickness. The system also includes a rail separated from the slide and configured to extend a length of the elongated body and an insert having a configuration of the elongated cavity, the insert fits within the elongated cavity and remains flush with inner surface, the insert forming a channel configured to receive the rail therein.
PISTOL
A pistol has a frame having a grip, an elongated slide connected to the frame and operable to reciprocate on the frame between a forward battery position and a rear position, the elongated slide having opposed forward and rear ends, a rear sight connected proximate the rear end of the elongated slide, the frame including a front sight support element at a forward frame end forward of the forward end of the elongated slide when the elongated slide is in the forward battery position, and the front sight support element including a front sight operably registered with the rear sight when the elongated slide is in the forward battery position. The elongated slide may define a passage receiving a barrel defining a muzzle aperture, and wherein the front sight support element defines an opening registered with the muzzle aperture.
