MULTI-VESSEL DRINK CONTAINERS
20210086944 · 2021-03-25 ·

Multi-vessel drink containers. In examples, a multi-vessel drink container includes a primary vessel, a secondary vessel, a primary closure configured to close the primary vessel, and a secondary closure configured to close the secondary vessel. In examples, the primary closure includes a primary closure base portion that defines a storage compartment and a compartment closure configured to close the storage compartment. In examples, the secondary vessel is configured to be selectively transitioned between a nested configuration, in which the secondary vessel is operatively coupled to the primary vessel, and a drink configuration, in which the secondary vessel is removed from the primary vessel. In examples, the secondary closure is configured to be selectively transitioned between a stowed configuration, in which the secondary closure is received within the storage compartment, and a use configuration, in which the secondary closure is operatively coupled to the secondary vessel.

LOCALLY STRENGTHENED GLASS-CERAMICS AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME

Locally cerammed optically transparent glass-ceramic articles for consumer products. The locally cerammed glass-ceramic articles may have one or more primary glass-ceramic regions including primary crystal phases of a glass-ceramic material and one or more secondary glass-ceramic regions including secondary crystal phases of the glass-ceramic material. The primary glass-ceramic region(s) may be optically transparent and the secondary glass-ceramic region(s) may be non-optically transparent. The primary glass-ceramic region(s) may have a fracture toughness less than the fracture toughness of the secondary glass-ceramic region(s).

DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY OPENING A CONTAINER PROVIDED WITH A SEALING ELEMENT
20210002046 · 2021-01-07 ·

The present invention refers to an automatic opening device for a container provided with a spout having a rim with a sealing element firmly attached thereto, said automatic opening device for a container being provided with means that obviate the need to unscrew the cap of the container and next remove the sealing element from the rim of the spout in order to enable pouring of the product stored in the container.

Protective cover for pop-up straw
10863839 · 2020-12-15 ·

A protective enclosure for straws used to consume beverages is disclosed. The protective enclosure may be operated by one hand to selectively access or cover an end of a straw through which a beverage may be consumed. The protective enclosure has a clamshell like opening and closing operation, portions of which are interdigitated and pivot during operation. The protective enclosure has a mechanism which selectively extends and retracts the straw during operation of the device. The protective enclosure may have an additional seal or seals to exclude contamination from dirt and/or insects during use.

METHOD CONTROLLING EVAPORATION FOR LIQUID INGREDIENTS CONTAINED IN CONTAINER, AND GLASSWARE
20200369557 · 2020-11-26 ·

A method for controlling the evaporation of the liquid ingredients contained in the container by changing the composition of the glassware and glassware. Containing of the oxides effective for far-infrared radiation as the constituents in the glassware composed mainly by silica in following by contacting the liquids ingredients contained in the container with their glassware, controls the evaporation of liquids ingredients. The 5-40 mass % of the oxides effective for far-infrared radiation such as transparent oxides such as titanium oxide, zinc oxide, etc., or the 1-10 mass % of oxides of either transition metal oxides such as iron oxide, cobalt oxide, etc. or rare earth oxides such as neodymium oxide, cerium oxide, etc. for coloring, may be contained in said glassware.

COMBINATION OF WOOD AND PLASTIC TABLEWARE
20200353646 · 2020-11-12 ·

A system and method of creating tableware includes blending wood particles with plastic to create a wood and plastic blend. The wood and plastic blend is then pressure injected into a mold to create a wood and plastic blend tableware. The wood and plastic blend tableware is then removed from the mold.

CONSTRUCTIBLE UTENSILS
20200352372 · 2020-11-12 · ·

A system and method for meeting market demand for better constructible utensils. A deformable sheet defines a handle and an operational element in which one or more scores, both straight and curved, are cooperatively provided on the sheet. The one or more scores enable deformation of the handle and/or operational element(s) to convert the structure into a strong, sturdy, and functional implement sufficient to meet the required application.

Bracelet cup

A foldable cup bracelet is provided. The foldable cup bracelet includes a sheet of resilient material, a first pair of fasteners, and a second pair of fasteners. The sheet of resilient material is foldable between a bracelet configuration and a cup configuration. The bracelet configuration includes a continuous band having an inner surface and an outer surface. The cup configuration includes a first side wall and a second side, and defines an interior for receiving a liquid or other substance between the first and second side walls. The cup configuration may form a drinking cup. The first pair of fasteners is configured to retain the sheet of resilient material in the bracelet configuration, and the second pair of fasteners is configured to cooperate with the first pair of fasteners to retain the sheet of resilient material in the cup configuration.

FOLDABLE CUP PROVIDED WITH A REINFORCING STRUCTURE
20200305584 · 2020-10-01 ·

A foldable cup provided with a reinforcing structure includes: a cup body, a shape-fixing ring nested on the opening of the cup body, and a cup cap fitted to the shape-fixing ring. When the cup body is deformed due to the effect of force, the side wall of the cup body is prevented from experiencing a large twist due to the deformation of the opening of the cup, thereby effectively alleviating the disadvantages of an existing foldable cup: the existing foldable cup easily topples and falls due to the deformation of the opening of the cup, causing a liquid in the cup to be splashed. Further, when the side wall of the cup body is extruded, the liquid in the cup does not flow out from the joint position between the shape-fixing ring and the cup cap, thereby improving the practicability of the foldable cup.
