Drinking containers and related methods
A drinking bottle assembly includes a lid assembly with a lid housing having a top wall, a flap rotatably coupled to the top wall, and a gasket secured to the flap. A drink opening extends through the top wall. A rim extends above the top wall. At least one notch is located in an inner surface of the rim. The flap includes a flexible portion or extension and at least one locking lug projecting from the flexible portion. The locking lug engages the at least one notch in a closed position. The flap is rotatable from the closed position to a fully open position. The gasket is configured to seal the drink opening in the closed position.

FEEDING AID AND METHOD OF USE
A feeding aid for promoting use of hands to eat, comprising: a hollow receptacle formed of a non-toxic and food safe material that is at least partially deformable and adapted to store food and/or frozen liquid consumables; an access portion that is partially open when the receptacle is in an undeformed state and which, in response to the receptacle being deformed by a user, is configured to open further to thereby allow access to the stored consumables, and to assist in turning the receptacle at least partially inside out for cleaning.
Container Sealing Lid With Utensil Holder
A kit for sealing an open container includes a utensil and a lid. The lid includes a lid body, a sealing mechanism, and at least one holding lug. The sealing mechanism is positioned on an inner face of the lid body, and is configured to sealingly engage an opening of a container to enable the lid to seal the opening of the container. The at least one holding lug extends radially outward from the lid body, and has a through hole extending along a direction perpendicular to the inner face. The through hole is configured to mount the utensil on the lid when the lid is engaged with a container.
Meal tray
A meal tray comprising a plurality of divided compartments each having a substantially planar bottom portion and an encompassing wall extending upwardly therefrom to form an open upper end of the divided compartment, each divided compartment dimensioned to receive a different portion of a meal; an encompassing tray rim defining an open upper end of the meal tray; and a first tear portion comprising a first tear line defining a boundary of a divided compartment from at least one other divided compartment, the first tear portion configured to facilitate a separation of the defined divided compartment from at least one other divided compartments along the first tear line.
Plate stand
A dish assembly includes a pair of folding panels and a support platform. A bottom of the pair of folding panels are retained in the support platform. Each pair of folding panels includes a first vertical member and a second vertical member. At least one slot opening is formed in each vertical member. At least one slot opening is formed in the first and second vertical member. Each slot opening has an upper curved surface and a stability straight lower surface. The upper curved surface has at least a portion of which is a segment of an arc. The upper curved surface is located opposite the substantially straight lower surface. The upper curved surface having a height from a top end therefore to the substantially straight lower surface.
Lid for a container
A lid may be sized and configured to be attached to a container, and the lid may include an activator, a fluid-flow member, and a connecting member. The activator, the fluid-flow member and the connecting member may be pivotally connected. The activator, the fluid-flow member, and the connecting member may be movable between open and closed positions. When the activator, the fluid-flow member, and the connecting member are in the closed position, fluid may be prevented from exiting the container. When the activator, the fluid-flow member, and the connecting member are in the open position, fluid may exit the container through a fluid passageway.

MEMORY METAL LOCKING MECHANISM
A locking mechanism assembly can include a locking member that can move between a retracted position and a deployed position. A first spring is coupled to a proximal portion of the locking member and exerts a force on the locking member in the proximal direction toward the retracted position. A second spring is coupled to the locking member and exerts a force on the locking member in a distal direction toward the deployed position, opposite to the direction of force exerted by the first spring. One of the first and second springs includes a shape memory material that moves to a pre-deformed state when exposed to heat, thereby increasing in tension such that the force it exerts on the locking member exceeds the force exerted on the locking member by the other of the first and second springs, causing the locking member to move to the retracted or deployed position.
DRINKING OR EATING VESSEL
There is provided a drinking or eating vessel comprising an inner surface that defines a volume for receiving liquid or solid food and an outer surface that supports a polymeric coating and a decorative layer; wherein the polymeric coating comprises a polymer formed by curing a coating mixture on the outer surface of the drinking or eating vessel, said coating mixture comprising a matting agent; wherein the polymeric coating has an inner surface in contact with the drinking or eating vessel and an outer surface exposed to contact by a user of the vessel; and wherein the decorative layer forms a diffuse layer within the polymeric coating. Also provided are corresponding processes for producing the drinking or eating vessel.
