Disclosed is an optical sight mount with an integrated aiming and illumination module. The optical sight mount is configured to position an optical sighting device (e.g., a reflex sight) on a firearm so that the optical sighting device can be used to aim the firearm at a target. The aiming and illumination module, also referred to as an optical module, includes an aiming laser and an illumination source. An example optical sight mount comprises a base configured for attachment to a firearm, a mounting interface configured so that an optical sighting device can be attached thereto, and an optical module configured to emit a type of aiming radiation and illumination radiation. The optical module is positioned between the base and the mounting interface of the optical sight mount.

A firearm accessory mount assembly and associated components and methods. The mount assembly can include a mount, at least one dovetail connector, and at least one fastener. The mount can have a first side configured to receive the firearm accessory and a second side configured to engage the firearm. The fastener can be used to secure the dovetail connector in position with respect to the mount and to secure the mount to the firearm. Other constructions and methods are disclosed.

An adjustable mount for a picatinny rail on a firearm, where the mount includes a vertically adjustable riser that will permit the mounted optic to co-witness with the back-up iron sights on the firearm.

An electronic system for a firearm includes a power source, one or more electrical conductors electrically connected to receive power from the power source, and a plurality of electronic devices. Each electronic device has an electrical input configured to receive power from the one or more electrical conductors to power the electronic device. A communication device is configured for data communication across the one or more electrical conductors. A method of communicating between electronic devices connected to a firearm includes powering a plurality of electronic devices connected to a firearm from a power source through one or more electrical conductors, and communicating data between the plurality of electronic devices across the one or more electrical conductors.

A rail mounting assembly for mounting an accessory to a rail of a firearm includes a base portion arranged to support the accessory. The assembly includes a lock nut receiving recess on a first side portion and a moveable clamp on a second side portion where the side portions cooperate to grip the rail. A crossbar extends between the side portions such that the crossbar is movable relative to the moveable clamp. A lock nut is threadably engageable to an end of the crossbar proximate to the first side portion and a lock plate is positioned within the lock nut receiving recess between the lock nut and a spring disk when the lock nut is threadably engaged with the crossbar. The lock nut receiving recess is shaped to prevent rotation of the lock plate while allowing rotation of the lock nut.

A riflescope mount assembly that corrects cant is provided. The riflescope mount comprises at least one indexing bar attachable to a riflescope, and a mounting bracket that is mountable or attachable to the riflescope. The mounting bracket may include at least one auto indexing mechanism and at least one mechanical indexing mechanism that engages the at least one indexing bar attached to the riflescope.

A reticle has a horizontal stadia line and a vertical stadia line. A plurality of elevation subtension markings having a thickness are connected to the vertical stadia line. A plurality of fine subtension markings are positioned along the horizontal stadia line. A plurality of coarse subtension markings are positioned along the horizontal stadia line. A pressure pad accessory controller for a weapon includes a rail interface, a pressure pad portion, a keypad having one or more user-depressible control elements disposed on the pressure pad portion, and one or more electrical connectors for operably coupling the keypad to one or more accessory devices.

An accessory mounting interface for a firearm, and a related method, are disclosed. The interface has a firearm accessory, a first elongated fastener, and a second fastener rotationally mated to the first elongated fastener. The first elongated fastener has right-handed threading and is arranged through a through hole in the firearm accessory with a first end extending below first and second halves of a first slot protrusion of the firearm accessory. The second fastener has a length greater than a width, the length measured along a longitudinal axis of the second fastener, the second fastener having a plurality of straight edges. At least one of the plurality of straight edges prevents the second fastener from rotating further than a closed position when the at least one of the straight edges abuts a sidewall of an elongated slot in the firearm.
