Riot gear
A body protection system comprising multiple protective assemblies that permits adjustability of the multiple assemblies in respect to one another thereby permitting a complete body protection system that is usable across different size personnel. The multiple protective assemblies may be separately adjusted permitting a one-size-fits-most capability for the different sized personnel. The body protection system permits reuse among different sized people thereby reducing overall costs associated with protecting members of law enforcement, military or other organizations. The body protection system may include a unique adjustable neck protectors that provides enhanced protection for the neck area. The various multiple protective assemblies may suspend directly or indirectly from the shoulder pad assemblies providing a common comprehensive suspension system for a wearer.

Protective Glove for Archery Shooting
There is provided a protective glove to cover at least a portion of a hand of an archer during the shooting of arrows from a bow, which glove is designed to resist a broken arrow from puncturing through the glove and entering the flesh of the user. In particular, there may be a palm section, made of a first arrow puncturable material that covers the palm of the users hand. There may also be a protective section, located on the glove covering the back of the hand of the user, made of a second material that has a high weight-to-strength value, coupled to the palm section and positioned so that a broken arrow being shot from a bow will have a higher likely hood of hitting the protective section than hitting areas not having the protective section.

Backpack with ballistic insert
A backpack contains a compartment having an opening; a flap movable between a closed position closing the opening and first and second open positions leaving the opening open; a ballistic protection shield, passing through the opening and over the head of a backpack wearer, movable from a storage position in the inside of the compartment to a deployed position in which it protects the torso of the backpack wearer; and shield straps linking the shield to the compartment capable of suspending the shield in the deployed position. The backpack defining a passage between the edge of the opening and the flap in the closed position and having a pull-type handle fixed to the shield and projecting to the outside of the compartment by way of this passage when the shield is in the storage position and when the flap is in the closed position.

Multifunctional composite material including a viscoelastic interlayer
Provided is a structure of composite material, comprising a continuous first layer of composite material, a second layer of viscoelastic material, and a continuous impact-protection third layer. The first layer is formed by structural components in the form of a matrix and fibers. The second layer of viscoelastic material is added on top of the first layer and said second layer can be continuous or non-continuous. If a non-continuous second layer is used, elongate, circular or square cavities are arranged inside the layer. Optionally, reinforcements comprising carbon nanofibers or nanotubes are provided in either of the first and second layers. The third layer of impact-protection material is added in a continuous manner on top of the second layer, the third layer forming the outermost layer of the composite material. In addition, this third layer is electrically conductive. The composite material has noise attenuation, impact resistance and electric conductivity properties.
ANTI-BALLISTIC SHELTERS
Embodiments of the present application includes methods and structures for Anti-Ballistic Shelters, including an anti-ballistic shelter having a frame comprising at least one support member, and one or more surfaces comprising a flexible high strength layered anti-ballistic material attached to said frame, wherein said flexible high strength layered anti-ballistic material is layered in at least two directions; and further wherein said layered anti-ballistic material is enveloped around said frame.
