RIOT GEAR
A body protection system comprising multiple protective assemblies that permits adjustability of the multiple assemblies in respect to one another thereby permitting a complete body protection system that is usable across different size personnel. The multiple protective assemblies may be separately adjusted permitting a one-size-fits-most capability for the different sized personnel. The body protection system permits reuse among different sized people thereby reducing overall costs associated with protecting members of law enforcement, military or other organizations. The body protection system may include a unique adjustable neck protectors that provides enhanced protection for the neck area. The various multiple protective assemblies may suspend directly or indirectly from the shoulder pad assemblies providing a common comprehensive suspension system for a wearer.
INVERSE-FREEZING COMPOSITIONS AND USE THEROF
A composite comprised of: (i) at least one inverse freezing material, and (ii) an additive in the form of at least one solid particle. Articles made of the composites, and uses of the composites or the articles incorporating same, particularly for reducing incoming shockwaves, are also disclosed.

Devices and systems to mitigate traumatic brain and other injuries caused by concussive or blast forces
A system for reducing the damaging effects of radiant energy, blast, or concussive events includes applying pressure to at least one jugular vein to reduce the egress of blood from the cranial cavity during or before the incidence of the imparting event. Reducing blood outflow from the cranial cavity increases intracranial volume and/or pressure of the cerebrospinal fluid to reduce the risk of traumatic brain injury and injuries to the spinal column. Reducing blood outflow further increases the intracranial pressure and volume, and thereby increases the pressure and volume of the cochlear fluid, the vitreous humor and the cerebrospinal fluid to thereby reduce the risk of injury to the inner ear, internal structure of the eye and of the spinal column. In addition, increasing intracranial pressure and volume reduces the likelihood of brain injury and any associated loss of olfactory function.

ARMOR SYSTEM WITH MULTI-AXIAL REINFORCEMENTS
A ceramic composite for an armor system includes a ceramic core, a first reinforcement layer, and a second reinforcement layer. The first reinforcement layer includes a first plurality of reinforcing members, and the first plurality of reinforcing members are arranged within the first reinforcement layer in a first reinforcement orientation. The second reinforcement layer includes a second plurality of reinforcing members, and the second plurality of reinforcing members are arranged within the second reinforcement layer in a second reinforcement orientation. The first reinforcement layer and the second reinforcement layer are attached to the ceramic core such that first reinforcement orientation and the second reinforcement orientation do not align.
HIGH MILITARY BOOT WITH STEEL ARMOR
Military boot (14) with steel armor (10) which is mounted with the rivets (13) represents one whole, in other words, patent intended for military to protect soldiers lower legs from bullets and shrapnels coming frontal to the soldier. Steel armor (10) is a sheet metal folded on half in a shape of letter V attached with the rivets (13) on the front side of the shaft. With this invention I apply for protection of the letter V armor, its form and angle that can vary from 20-90 degrees.
