Various embodiments concern a handheld beverage container. The beverage container includes a vacuum chamber located radially between an inner tubular sidewall and an outer tubular sidewall and axially between an inner bottom wall and an outer bottom wall. The combined heat capacity of both of the inner tubular sidewall and the inner bottom wall can be greater than the combined heat capacity of both of the outer tubular sidewall and the outer bottom wall such that a vacuum insulated thermal reserve is formed. Heat can be exchanged between the thermal reserve and the beverage to stabilize the temperature of the beverage to counteract ambient cooling/heating of the beverage. Various embodiments concern a cap that seals with a disposable cup that is held within a container body, allowing a beverage to be contained in the disposable cup while being insulated by the container body, with or without a thermal reserve.

A drink spiking prevention device includes a hair accessory and a cover. The hair accessory having a band forming a circle and the band being elastic. The hair accessory further having a hair accessory fabric forming a tube that encapsulates the elastic band and a pouch coupled to the hair accessory fabric. The cover is stored in and removeable from the pouch. The cover includes a cover fabric that extends to a perimeter, an aperture formed in the cover fabric, and a cord extending from the perimeter and coupled to the hair accessory. The cover covers an opening of a cup by the perimeter stretching over and conforming to a diameter of the opening to prevent new material from being added to a liquid in the cup.

A connector portion configured to attach to an external surface extends downward from the bottom portion. The housing has a generally hollow interior with the air inlet located on the middle portion or bottom portion and the air outlet located on the top portion. A beverage container lighting and insulation device includes a first piece of insulating material. The beverage container lighting and insulation device further includes a spring oriented along a length of the insulating material, such that the spring causes the first piece of insulating material to coil. The beverage container lighting and insulation device further includes a lighting device joined with the first piece of insulating material, such that the lighting device lights the length of the first piece of insulating material.

A single continuous length of bendable material is fixedly connected to a cup holder. The cup holder is foldable flat with a plurality of pre-bent or creased regions. The cup holder and/or length of material can fold flat onto each other and the length of material has a bent configuration, aided by the creases, which forms a triangular region and a fold over itself to form a resilient holder of a cup which a straight flat longest end which fits into a seat pocket or the like. This bent configuration can be formed with five flat sides and four bends. The first and fourth bend are adjacent to each other in the folded condition and the triangular region is formed between a first, second, and third bend with the fourth bend meeting the first bend.

Embodiments of the present invention provide for an apparatus that includes a movably attachable trigger portion that is attached to the rim of a beverage container along with a lid portion that is attached to the trigger portion and is placed on top of the rim of the glass. The lid is located along the rim so that it may prevent insects and other foreign material from entering the interior of the glass when not in use. When the user picks up the glass in order to consume the beverage inside or to refill the container, the trigger portion is variously activated allowing the lid to rise off of the rim of the container giving access to the interior of the glass.
