In an embodiment, an assembly includes a first plate comprising a first primary portion and a first flange disposed orthogonally to the first primary portion. The first primary portion is configured to contact a first structural member and the first flange defining a first through hole. A second plate comprises a second primary portion and a second flange disposed orthogonally to the second primary portion. The second primary portion is configured to contact a second structural member and the second flange defines a second through hole. A cover receives the first and second flanges. A bolt is received through the first through hole, and tightening the bolt tends to draw the second plate towards the first plate.

A hook rail assembly for hanging objects on a wall includes an elongated rail member for abutting the wall, at least one anchor component connected to a back side of the rail member and at least one hook member positioned at a front side of the rail member. The anchor component including a base and at least one wall penetrating retainer, the wall penetrating retainer having a wall penetrating extent that that protrudes rearwardly of the rail member and has a curved configuration. The wall penetrating extent may be arcuate and have a radius of curvature with a center point proximate a bottom side of the rail member.

A hook rail assembly for hanging objects on a wall includes an elongated rail member for abutting the wall, at least one anchor component connected to a back side of the rail member and at least one hook member positioned at a front side of the rail member. The anchor component including a base and at least one wall penetrating retainer, the wall penetrating retainer having a wall penetrating extent that that protrudes rearwardly of the rail member and has a curved configuration. The wall penetrating extent may be arcuate and have a radius of curvature with a center point proximate a bottom side of the rail member.

A bag rack and dispensing system and method of packaging and dispensing items, such as food. The bag rack and dispensing system includes a rack that is formed of a base assembly and a hanger assembly on which multiple storage bags can be hung. A method of using the bag rack and dispensing system for packaging and dispensing food items includes, but is not limited to, the steps of hanging the storage bags on the rack of the bag rack and dispensing system, opening the frontmost storage bag, holding open or propping open the storage bag using a hooking device, placing the food item(s) or any other types of item(s) into the storage bag, removing the hooking device, if used, closing the storage bag, and removing the filled storage bag from the rack of the bag rack and dispensing system.

A storage bucket has a storage member and a supporting assembly. The storage member has a body, a holding portion, and two slip-proof elements. The holding portion is formed on the outer surface of the body. The slip-proof elements are disposed on a bottom surface of the holding portion. A platform having a plurality of specialized openings shaped to accept specialized pegs to act as immobilizers for objects to be placed on the platform. The pegs have a shaft and at least one pair of nubs protruding from the shaft of each peg. The openings are shaped to allow the first end of the shaft to pass therethrough but not the nubs unless the peg is positioned so that the nubs are aligned with a notched portion of the opening, and the head at the second end stops further movement of the peg through the opening. When the nubs do not pass through the opening, the nubs act as a pivot axis where a portion of the peg remains above the platform. Pegs so adjustably positioned in the openings can be arranged to surround and immobilize an object on the platform.

A removable hanging laundry storage container such as a bag or hamper including a pair of substantially C-shaped handles extending upwards from opposites sides of the top of the hamper or bag. The C-shaped handles define interior regions for receiving a horizontal support to hang the hamper or bag thereon. The handles are sized and shaped to provide for a grasping surface on the opposite side of the handle end to allow the handle to be readily grasped when the storage container is hanging from a horizontal support to facilitate the lifting of the handle and hamper off the horizontal support. A holder for an electronic communications device is provided having a first clasping arm, a second clasping arm, and an elastic cord retainer. The first clasping arm has an articulating base member at a proximal end, an edge engagement portion at a distal end, and a receiving groove. The second clasping arm has a complementary articulating base member at a proximal end, an edge engagement portion at a distal end, and a receiving groove. The base member of the second clasping arm cooperates in assembly with the base member of the first clasping arm to define an articulating joint with the receiving groove of the first clasping arm and the second clasping arm each offset in a distal direction from the resulting hinge pivot. The elastic cord retainer urges together the first clasping arm with the second clasping arm about the articulating joint. A method is also provided.
