An automatically opening and closing inflatable holiday ornament includes a box that has a base, a plurality of side panels hingedly connected to the base, and a top portion connected to each of the plurality of side panels. The ornament further includes a motor, a plurality of pull cables, such that each of the plurality of pull cables has a first end operatively connected to the motor and a second end connected to one of the plurality of side panels. The ornament also includes a first blower, an inflatable disposed in the box and surrounding the first blower such that operation of the first blower blows air into the inflatable to inflate the inflatable, and a controller operatively connected to the motor and to the first blower such that the controller controls operation of the motor and the blower.

A method of performing a ritual of chucking during Hajj includes an authentication process, a connectivity process which connects a remote user to a chucking system located at the religious site, and a notification process. The authentication process allows a remote user, who is preferably a pilgrim unable to attend Hajj due to physical disability, age or sickness, to connect to the chucking system. The connectivity allows the pilgrim to perform the ritual of chucking remotely. To do so, the chucking system includes a primary pebble reservoir providing pebbles to a set of secondary pebble reservoirs, and a set of pebble projecting units. The remote user remotely connects to the set of pebble projecting units to chuck pebbles at the stoning sites, wherein the required pebbles are stored in the set of secondary pebble reservoirs. When chucking is complete, the remote user is notified regarding completion.

The present invention provides a device for mounting a length of decoration to wall décor of various sizes and shapes such a framed or unframed artwork, mirrors, and the like. The device is easily mounted to or removed from the top of the wall décor for short-term or long-term decoration. The present invention comprising an upper frame section, a lower frame section contiguous to the upper frame section, and a pair of horizontal mounting members that are extended in opposite directions to match the width of the wall décor. The lower frame section engages the horizontal top edge and the vertical backside of the wall décor for mounting stability. The length of decoration is detachably attached to the upper frame section and the pair of horizontal mounting members of the present invention.

An art piece includes an inner core extending from a bottom of a display portion and an outer stabilizing core formed about the inner core. A base includes a recess located within a housing. The recess is configured to snugly receive the stabilizing core. A number of illumination devices are located within the recess and electrically connected to a power supply for illuminating the art piece. In some embodiments, holes may be formed in the base for fastening the base to a surface.

An art piece includes an inner core extending from a bottom of a display portion and an outer stabilizing core formed about the inner core. A base includes a recess located within a housing. The recess is configured to snugly receive the stabilizing core. A number of illumination devices are located within the recess and electrically connected to a power supply for illuminating the art piece. In some embodiments, holes may be formed in the base for fastening the base to a surface.

Various components for artificial candles and other lighting devices are described that can be used to create a realistic flame effect in the devices. The devices include a flame element that extends upwardly from a housing. A light source can be disposed with respect to the flame element such that the flame element is illuminated. A variety of drive mechanisms could be disposed within the body of the device that can cause movement of the flame element with respect to the housing. The flame element can be coupled to a housing or mounting bracket of the device using various components to suspend the flame element within the housing.
