Valance assembly for a covering and associated packaging
A multi-piece valance body is configured to extend lengthwise along the front of an adjacent headrail (e.g., of a covering for an architectural opening) between opposed lateral ends. The valance body may include a first valance body portion and a second valance body portion, with the body portions configured to be coupled together via a joint defined between the body portions in the lengthwise direction across the length of the headrail (e.g., a width of the architectural opening) to form the complete valance body structure.

ELECTRIC CURTAIN TRACK STRUCTURE
An electric curtain track structure includes a guiding track assembly, a first actuator, a transmission assembly and a decorative assembly. The guiding track assembly includes a guiding track main body having first and second bending sections opposite from each other. The first actuator is installed on the first bending section. The transmission assembly includes a transmission cable and first hooks. The transmission cable is inserted into the guiding track main body and driven by the first actuator to move along the guiding track main body. The decorative assembly includes a decorative panel and heads. The decorative panel is attached onto an outer side of the guiding track main body, and two ends of the decorative panel protruded out of the guiding track man body for the decorative heads to correspondingly install on an outer side of the first and second bending sections. Consequently, the overall appearance thereof is improved.

SHOWER CURTAIN VALANCE INTERCHANGE
A shower curtain and valance combination are presented. The combination has a shower rod and the valance being connected to the shower rod. The shower curtain is connected to the valance at a plurality of apertures in the valance. The couplings connecting the valance and the shower curtain are easily removable. The valance is interchangeable.

Roll-up retractable covering for architectural openings
A retractable covering for an architectural opening includes a headrail in which a control system is mounted and a fabric suspended from the headrail. The fabric is mounted to be moved laterally between a rolled up retracted position and an extended position across the architectural opening. At least one roller about which the fabric can be wrapped is mounted at an end of the headrail for rotation about a vertical axis, and the system includes a flexible control element that is substantially horizontally disposed for moving the covering between extended and retracted positions.

Valance system for window coverings
A valance system for a window covering that can be folded and placed within the same shipping box as a wall bracket, top bracket and track sections. The valance extends a length between opposing ends and includes a clip feature that extends out from its rearward side. The clip feature is generally C-shaped or U-shaped when viewed from the side and includes a plurality of friction members in its exterior surface. The valance is covered with a covering material. An end cap having a hinge area that facilitates bending of the end cap is connected to the ends of the valance by connection of a tongue of the end cap to a slot of the valance. The clip feature is sized and shaped to frictionally fit within and be installed within a socket of a top bracket without any tools.
