MULTI-RESERVOIR FEEDING APPARATUS
A multi-reservoir feeding/dosing apparatus for the delivery of at least two substances in discrete form includes first and second conveying elements coaxial to one another and in which the discharge end thereof are a close fit in a discharge bushings thereby to ensure that the correct dosage of each substance is discharged on a consistent basis. Each conveying element is in its respective reservoir. At least one motor drives both conveying elements, with each rotational direction of the motor actuating a corresponding one of the conveying elements.
Device for powder metering for chemical production processes under clean-room conditions, use thereof and metered addition method
Device for metering powder, in particular in clean-rooms, which includes a vessel containing powder and a sealing head with a septum for the vessel, wherein the sealing head is connectable powder-tight with the vessel and the septum powder-tight with the sealing head and the device further includes a vessel holder, which serves to hold the sealing head of the vessel, and the vessel with its opening points downwards, so that the powder can flow out of the vessel, wherein a gap is provided between the sealing head and a holding bowl of the vessel holder, in which a gas flow between the holding bowl and the sealing head can be created. The invention also relates to a use of the device and a metered addition method.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SUPPLYING A LIQUID MEDIUM
An apparatus for supplying a liquid medium to a metering unit comprises a housing in which media channels are arranged. One of the media channels is connected to a fluid reservoir that can be acted on by compressed air.
Dosing a fluid at a volume of less than one milliliter
A peristaltic dosing device for providing dosages of a fluid at a volume of less than one milliliter comprises: a flexible tube, a counter pressure element, a plurality of actors and a drive. The flexible tube is essentially straightly arranged along the counter pressure element thereby forming a longitudinal axis. The actors arranged parallel to each other along the longitudinal axis. They are moveable by the drive in relation to the flexible tube. The flexible tube is compressible between the actors and the counter pressure element by moving the actors. Each of the actors is independently and linearly moveable by the drive along an actuation axis essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the flexible tube from a home position in which the flexible tube is least compressed to an end position in which the flexible tube is compressed and sealed between the respective actor and the counter pressure element. The peristaltic dosing device according to the invention allows for exactly and repeatably providing dosages at comparably small volumes in a sterile environment.

Metering device and associated unloading methods for hopper-bottomed storage bins
A metering device for metered dispensing of granular material from a hopper bottom storage bin. The device features a metering housing having a housing inlet for receiving said granular material from a hopper outlet of the storage bin, and a housing outlet from which the granular material is dispensable from the housing. A metering mechanism driven by an onboard motor is operable within the housing to dispense the granular material through the housing outlet in a metered fashion. A mounting arrangement is attachable to the storage bin in a position suspending the metering housing below the hopper outlet. The housing is movable into and out of a working position aligned under the hopper outlet, and can also be adjusted in tilt angle to achieve a properly leveled alignment in the working position.
BULK MATERIAL METERING SYSTEM
A system and method for dispensing and simultaneously metering bulk material from storage bins, silos, rail cars, and other bulk material storage structures is provided. The bulk material metering system is configured to stop the flow of the bulk material on demand. The system is robust and capable of reliably and accurately dispensing and metering bulk materials with minimal maintenance.
MEDICINE DISPENSING SYSTEM HAVING STAIR-STEP DOSING INDICATORS
A medicine dispensing device, configured to contain a liquid medicine to be dispensed by the medicine dispensing device and having a plurality of dosing indicia spaced apart from each other around and in relation to a circumference of a surface of the medicine dispensing device, each dosing indicia being of a different height relative to a reference level and corresponding to different dose of the liquid medicine.
Solid particulate measuring devices, systems, and methods
Solid particulate measuring devices, systems, and methods for using the devices and systems are provided for easier and more accurate measurement of specific volumes. For example, a specific dose of a pharmaceutical multiparticulate composition can be measured out accurately and easily in a variety of settings using the devices and systems described herein.
