The utility model not only achieves an outward propagation of light to indicate the status of the pump but also achieves an IPX8 level waterproof.
SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR VERIFYING ERROR OF FLOW METER USING THE SAME
The inventive concept provides a substrate treating apparatus. The substrate treating apparatus includes a housing having a treating space for treating a substrate therein; a support unit configured to support the substrate at the treating space; a nozzle for supplying a liquid to the substrate placed on the support unit; a liquid supply unit configured to supply the liquid to the nozzle and have a flow meter; and a flow rate measuring unit configured to verify an error of the flow meter; and a controller for controlling the liquid supply unit and the flow rate measuring unit, and wherein the flow rate measuring unit comprises: a cup for accommodating the liquid; a measuring means configured to verify a level of the liquid accommodated in the cup; and a discharge line for discharging the liquid within the cup and having a discharge valve installed thereon, and wherein the controller controls the liquid supply unit to discharge a liquid of a first amount to the cup for a first time in a state at which the discharge valve is closed, and controls the measuring means to determine whether an error has occurred in the flow meter by determining whether the level of the liquid accommodated in the cup is the first amount.
QUALITY AND QUANTITY SENSOR WITH REDUNDANT LOW QUANTITY MEASUREMENT
A fluid sensing system includes a target positioned at a target level, a first transducer configured to generate a first sound wave, and a second transducer configured to generate a second sound wave. An electronic processor is configured to produce a first signal to drive the first transducer and receive a first indication of a detected first echo from the first transducer. The electronic processor is configured to determine a first level of the fluid and determine whether the first level is less than or equal to the target level. The electronic processor is configured to produce, in response to determining the first level is less than or equal to the target level, a second signal to drive the second transducer, receive a second indication of a detected second echo from the second transducer, and determine a second level of the fluid based on the second indication.
ENCLOSED CONDENSING PACKAGE FOR ELECTRONIC RACKS
A condensing unit includes a vapor container housing condensing coils, the vapor container being pressurized to increase a rate of condensation of two phase coolant in vapor phase. The condensing unit includes a vapor inlet for vapor to enter the vapor container. The condensing unit includes a liquid container underneath the vapor container and attachable to the vapor container to receive two phase liquid coolant from the vapor container. The condensing unit includes a liquid level sensor within the liquid container to measure a liquid level. The condensing unit includes a pressure sensor at the vapor container to measure a pressure within the vapor container, where the pressure sensor is used to regulate a pressure in the condensing unit within a predetermined range thereby maintaining a steady rate of condensation by the condensing coils and an outflow rate of two phase liquid coolant from the liquid container.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TANK LEVEL MONITORING
Systems and methods are disclosed for tank level monitoring. To perform monitoring of fuel levels of fuel tanks, tank level monitor devices may be affixed to the fuel tanks. The tank level monitors may be used to provide data relating to the fuel tanks to a remote location (such as a mobile device application). A predictive algorithm may also be implemented to more effectively schedule refueling events for various fuel tanks.
Level sensing for dispenser canisters
One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for providing level sensing of a fluid in a dispenser canister. The sensor includes a housing having a fluid cavity configured to receive a fluid therein, with the housing having an open end and an opening in a wall opposite the open end. The sensor has a diaphragm coupled to and closing the open end of the housing and a sensing device having a sensing end. The sensing device is coupled to the housing with the sensing end extending into the opening of the wall of the housing, thereby not making direct contact with the fluid.
Liquid supply system
A liquid supply system includes a suction lance (6) configured to be inserted into a liquid container (14) and at least one level sensor (10, 12) fixed on the lance (6) and configured to detect a liquid level (22) inside a liquid container (14). A control device (4) is connected to the level sensor (10, 12) and configured to determine a rate of change of the liquid level (22) detected by the at least one level sensor (10, 12) and to detect a lance removal if the rate of change reaches or exceeds a predefined threshold. A method for detecting the removal of a suction lance (6) from a liquid container (14) is provided.

SHIP WEIGHING SYSTEM AND SHIP WEIGHING METHOD
A ship weighing system and a weighing method thereof include a collection module, a computing server, a wireless router, a display control terminal, and a network switch, which are installed in the ship. The collection module synchronously collects water level data of a stern and trim angle data of a front portion, a middle portion, and a rear portion of the ship. The computing server respectively calculates, based on the water level data collected by the collection module, an accumulated volume of the ship below a slice section parallel to a bottom plane of the ship corresponding to the water level data and a volume of a trim wedge formed by the slice section and an actual horizontal plane. The computing server combines results and corrects a volume of a vertical arch wedge in the middle portion of the ship to obtain a displacement volume of the ship.
