Liquid injection device
The present disclosure provides a liquid injection device, including a conveying mechanism, a weighing mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a guide mechanism. The weighing mechanism is positioned below the conveying mechanism. The lifting mechanism is configured to transfer a battery on the conveying mechanism to the weighing mechanism. The guide mechanism includes a first guide plate, a second guide plate and a power member. A distance between the second guide plate and the first guide plate may be adjusted through the power member, so that the liquid injection device may be compatible with batteries with different models. It is unnecessary to perform model change operation when the battery is changed, thus improving production efficiency.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MEASURING ORGANIC MATERIAL THROUGHPUT DATA OF HARVESTED CROPS
Methods and systems for monitoring a throughput of a crop cut from a field. The system may include, and the method may be performed at least in part using, a combine harvester including a feeder box, a main body, a threshing mechanism, and an organic material throughput sensor provided within the feeder box. The system may also include a data management system. The organic material throughput sensor senses organic material throughput data including at least one of a volume of the organic material, and a weight of the organic material, and the data management system outputs an organic material throughput map or other information based on the organic material throughput data. Using the organic material throughput data or the organic material throughput map, a producer or other operator can make a more informed planting or treatment decision for a field.

Weighing system
A weighing system weighs an item within a container on a conveyor. The container is connected to the conveyor via a primary connecting means and a secondary connecting means, each of which include a first section permanently connected to the container, a second section permanently connected to the conveyor, and a third section hingedly connected to both the first section and the second section. The third sections are mutually coupled to each other, and are each rotatable about a first axis substantially parallel to the conveying direction, such that the rotation allows for movement of the container with respect to the conveyor in a vertical direction.
Method and system for measuring interference in a checkweighing device
A method and a system measure interfering influences on a checkweighing device. In the method, external interference data are obtained, as are interference data from the checkweighing device itself and interference data from an object being weighed, by calculating or mapping the weighing error data in the stationary state, in the operating state, and in the weighing state. The system for measuring the interference uses a meter and a processing apparatus. The meter and the processing apparatus perform an interference measurement and a compensation method. The amount of interference in the checkweighing device in each state and the amount of influence of the interference on the weighing performance is obtained, thereby facilitating the production, debugging, maintenance, and use of a checkweighing device.
Conveyance system, control apparatus, and conveyance method
A conveyance system includes a conveyance device including a first conveyance mechanism configured to convey freight supplied from a loader, and a second conveyance mechanism configured to convey the freight supplied from the first conveyance mechanism, a weight detection device configured to detect weight of the freight loaded on the second conveyance mechanism, and a control apparatus. The control apparatus includes a first conveyance control unit configured to control the first conveyance mechanism. The first conveyance control unit controls the first conveyance mechanism based on a detection value of the weight detection device.
CONTAINER COMPRISING A VALVE HEAD FOR PNEUMATIC DOSING AND DOSING FACILITY COMPRISING SUCH A CONTAINER
Described herein is a container suitable for pneumatic metering of a component situated therein into another container, wherein the container includes a container body, a container base, and a removable cover suitable for closing the container. The container has at least one valve head, at least one compressed air connection for the pneumatic driving of the valve head and at least one further compressed air connection that are integrated into the cover of the container, and a stirrer that is also integrated into the cover. Also described herein are the use of the container, a metering system including at least one container, a method for pneumatic metering using the container, and a method for producing a coating composition or a precursor thereof that can be used in the automotive industry, which method makes use of the container.

ELECTROMAGNETIC CONVEYOR WITH WEIGHING STATION
Method for weighing an object transported on a mover of an electromagnetic conveyor and electromagnetic conveyor. Method includes lifting object off the mover with a lifting device; setting down object onto at least one transport plane of a weighing station arranged at a weighing region of the track and arranged on at least one weigh cell. The transport plane extends in the direction of movement to support the object when in the weighing station. The method also includes actively driving object while lifted off from the mover and while supported on the transport plane with the mover as it moves along the track through a weighing region; weighing object with at least one weigh cell while the object is supported by the transport plane; and setting down object on the mover after weighing in the weighing station for onward movement of object along the track with the mover.
