METHOD FOR REAL-TIME PROCESSING OF A DETECTION SIGNAL AND A DETECTOR
A method for real-time processing of a detection signal, wherein signal processing is respectively performed when a detection signal is converted from a high level to a low level or vice versa. A moment at which a level of the detection signal is converted is recorded as a start point. A status of the detection signal is then detected in real time at a current moment. A current time width is compared to a maximum interval width of pre-set interference signals, and signal levels are determined and recorded from the start point to the current moment. Using characteristics of different interference signals, anti-interference processing is performed by using a targeted edge positioning and width recognition method, so that the delay impact of filtering on signals is avoided, improving both the recognition precision of weighing data of a checkweigher and the overall performance of the checkweigher.
ADAPTIVE FLOW MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
A method and system for correcting mass flow rate measurements relating to a conveyor used to move a stream of first component material portions to and through a mixing station in which a second component material is dispensed in a predetermined mass percentage of the mass of the first component material portions. The correction of the measurements is adapted to correct for inaccuracies that arise in the measurements due to, for example, differences in the first component material portions properties, differences in the second component material properties, environmental conditions, drift of electronic instruments, and changing conditions that occur during extended use of an upstream conveyor that delivers first component material portions to the mixing station.
DISPENSING DEVICE FOR DOSING POWDERED MATERIAL
A dispensing device for dosing material, preferably powdered molding compound suitable for use with rotational molding machines. The device includes a hopper for receiving and storing the material to be dispensed and a dispensing system that transfers an exact amount of material to a container based upon information contained on an identifying tag of the container that is read by a scanner of the device.
Method and Device for Zeroing a Scale
A method and a scale for the performance thereof performs a zeroing process as soon as a product conveyed across a weighing platform leaves the weighing platform.
Automated packing of crops
A system including a flume. The flume can include a fluid and be configured to receive crops. The system also can include crop selectors each sized to move the crops individually from the flume into a scale. The system additionally can include the scale. The scale can be configured to weigh the crops while the crops are in the scale. The system further can include a container carrier configured to (i) hold a container that is submerged in the fluid while the crops are dumped from the scale into the container and (ii) lift the container out of the fluid to allow the fluid to drain from the container while the container holds the crops. Other embodiments are described.
INCREASING THE WEIGHING ACCURACY WHEN WEIGHING NESTED PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS
The invention relates to a method for weighing pharmaceutical containers (10) nested in a carrier (11), in which at least one of the nested containers (10) is weighed by means of a weighing device (1), wherein a relative movement between the at least one pharmaceutical container (10) and the carrier (11) is brought about in order to release the pharmaceutical containers (10) from the carrier (11) in order to increase the weighing accuracy.
Device for determining the weight of a capsule arranged in a capsule holder of an incrementally rotated conveyor wheel
The invention relates to a device (50; 50a to 50c) for determining the weight of a capsule (10) arranged in a receptacle (26) of a capsule holder (25) of an incrementally rotated conveyor wheel (21), comprising a transfer device (52; 52a to 52c) for transferring at least one capsule (10) from the capsule holder (25) into a capsule receiver (55) having a plurality of receptacles (54) for respectively one capsule (10), and back again, wherein the capsule receptacle (55) has a movable arrangement in a plane parallel to the conveyor plane of the conveyor wheel (21).
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLLING UNLOADING OF AGRICULTURAL MATERIAL
Systems and methods for monitoring a weight of agricultural material, such as grain, unloaded from a first vehicle, such as a harvester (e.g., a combine harvester), to a second vehicle, such as a grain cart, and stopping transfer of the agricultural material when a sensed weight of the unloaded agricultural material contained in the second vehicle meets or exceeds a selected amount are disclosed. Example systems and methods may also include monitoring a fill level of agricultural material unloaded into the second vehicle simultaneously with monitoring the weight of unloaded agricultural material.
PHARMACEUTICAL ORDER PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A pharmaceutical order processing system, components thereof, and associated methods for filling a prescription order. The pharmaceutical order processing system includes a lower insert placer, a syringe placer, a dosing cup placer, a pharmaceutical container placer, and/or an upper insert placer. The lower insert placer places a lower insert into a box. The syringe placer places a syringe into a syringe compartment of the lower insert. The dosing cup placer places a dosing cup into a dosing cup compartment of the lower insert. The pharmaceutical container placer places a pharmaceutical container into a pharmaceutical container compartment of the lower insert. The upper insert placer places an upper insert into the box after the box has received the lower insert and the lower insert has received the syringe, the dosing cup and the pharmaceutical container.
