APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR WEIGHING PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS NESTED IN A CARRIER
The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for weighing pharmaceutical containers (19) nested in a carrier (18), wherein the apparatus comprises at least one weighing device (22) and at least one receptacle (20) for the carrier (18) of the containers (19), wherein the receptacle (20) is connected to the weighing station (22) for weight detection.
MACHINE TO FILL AND WEIGH CONTAINERS AND CORRESPONDING WEIGHING METHOD
A machine to fill and weigh containers (100) is described, comprising at least one movement device (18) configured to transport one or more containers (100) between at least two work stations (12) disposed in a work direction (F) which defines a movement path between said at least two work stations (12), wherein along the movement path at least one weighing device (17) is present to acquire the measurement of the mass of said one or more containers (100). A method to weigh the containers (100) is also described, actuated in the machine to fill and weigh containers as above.
METHOD TO WEIGH CONTAINERS
Method to weigh containers (C) in a processing line (10) which comprises a filling and weighing station (12) for said containers (C), said method providing to make available a plurality of containers (C) which are initially weighed in order to determine the tare weight and subsequently filled sequentially, determining the weight of the product metered into each container (C).
Passenger hand luggage checking system and method for airport
Proposed are a system and method for checking out a passenger hand-luggage in an airport. The system for checking out a passenger hand-luggage in an airport includes: a platform configured to load a passenger hand-luggage thereon; a weight measurer configured to measure a weight of the passenger hand-luggage loaded onto the platform; a size measurer configured to measure a size of the passenger hand-luggage loaded onto the platform; an allowance-information provider configured to provide allowance information based on the loaded passenger hand-luggage; and a regulation-based determiner configured to compare the weight and size of the passenger hand-luggage measured by the weight measurer and the size measurer with an allowance allowed for the loaded passenger hand-luggage, and provide check-out information about whether the passenger hand-luggage loaded onto the platform is within the allowance.

Container weighing system method and apparatus
A mobile apparatus for carrying and weighing a load includes a mobile frame supported by a plurality of wheels. At least one container is supported on the mobile frame for carrying a load. A plurality of sensor assemblies are coupled between the frame and the container, the sensor assemblies resistive to a weight force exerted by the container towards the frame in a generally vertical sensing direction for sensing a weight of the load, and the sensor assemblies non-resistive to error forces exerted generally orthogonally to the sensing direction for filtering out the error forces from the sensed weight. A stabilizing assembly is coupled between the container and the frame, the stabilizing assembly freely accommodating transfer of the force exerted by the container towards the frame in the sensing direction, and simultaneously inhibiting shifting of the container relative to the frame in one or more shifting directions perpendicular to the sensing direction.

Diverting-folding conveyor system
A folding-diverter assembly is provided to: selectively divert a substrate-product combination advancing from a first direction in a predetermined path based upon the substrate-product combination weighing a predetermined weight; advance the substrate-product combination in a second direction, opposite from the first direction; and fold a flap of the substrate-product combination partially over a top surface of the substrate-product combination. A semi-circular conveyor assembly is configured to advance the substrate-product combination in the second direction at a first portion of the semi-circular conveyor assembly, and along a semi-circular advancing path such that the substrate-product combination is advanced in the first direction at a second portion of the semi-circular conveyor assembly.
Touchless harvesting system and method
A system and method for collecting information related to harvesting, or processing, of cannabis plants. A mobile device scans a tag associated with a plant and determines a unique code from the scan. A scale weighs the plant and transmits the weight to the mobile device. The mobile device stores the weight in association with the unique code in a database. The system automatically advances to a next plant for processing without user intervention.
