Exhaust gas monitoring system and method
Provided are an exhaust gas monitoring system and method for allowing a driver to monitor a state of an exhaust gas discharged from a vehicle during driving without getting out of the vehicle, thus improving convenience, and improving driving safety by diagnosing a state of an engine.
Temperature sensing unit and urea sensor
A temperature sensing unit includes a temperature sensor and a substrate including a first region and a second region. The temperature sensor is arranged in the second region. The second region extends away from the first region.
Battery module and vehicle
This application relates to the battery field, and discloses a battery module and an electric vehicle using the battery module. The battery module includes a battery, a plugging member, and a temperature collection assembly. The battery includes a housing and a cover plate connected to the housing, where the cover plate is provided with a temperature collection hole. The plugging member includes an insertion portion that is installed in the temperature collection hole, and the insertion portion is provided with an accommodating cavity extending into an interior of the housing. The temperature collection assembly includes a temperature collection portion installed inside the accommodating cavity. According to this application, the temperature collection assembly collects a temperature inside the housing via the plugging member in the temperature collection hole. In this way, temperature collection is more accurate, a thermal conductive path is short, and a temperature collection response speed is fast.
Air-cooled engine

The installation direction of the crankshaft defines the front and rear direction. The fan case is provided in a front part of the crankcase, and the engine cooling fan is accommodated in the fan case. The air-cooled engine includes a cooling wind passage, a wind passage terminal end wall, an oil splashing device, and a temperature sensor. The wind passage terminal end wall is provided in a rear end of the cooling wind passage, the oil splashing device is provided on the rear side of the wind passage terminal end wall and formed to splash engine oil in the crankcase onto the wind passage terminal end wall, and the temperature sensor is attached to a front part of the wind passage terminal end wall.
Temperature probe
The invention concerns a temperature probe (1) comprising a thermistor provided with a heat-sensitive element connected to two electrically-conductive output wires, two electrically-conductive metal blades presenting proximal end portions connected, by welding, to the respective output wires and supporting said heat-sensitive element at a distance from said proximal end portions, and a plunger body (5) made in a plastic material overmolded by injection at least around the proximal end portions of the blades, of the output wires and of the heat-sensitive element, said plunger body presenting an end portion (50) overmolded directly all around the heat-sensitive element, said heat-sensitive element being wrapped only by said plunger body. The present invention finds application in the field of temperature measurement of a fluid circulating within a combustion engine.
System and method for predicting remaining oil life in vehicles
Systems and methods are described for predicting a remaining oil life in an engine of a vehicle. One or more parameters of the engine can be monitored over a period of time. A hot compartment temperature can be determined from the parameter. A condition of the oil can be determined based on the hot compartment temperature, and the condition of the oil can be displayed.
Electric drive unit and method for temperature calculation in an electrical drive unit
A method calculates temperatures in an electric drive unit. A first temperature detection region has a first temperature and a second temperature detection region has a second temperature. The first temperature is influenced by a first coupling value which is non-linearly dependent on the first temperature and the temperature at the first and second temperature detection regions. The calculations are divided among separate calculation units such that the temperatures can be estimated in real time.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE TEMPERATURE OF AN ELECTRIC PROPULSION SYSTEM
A method for controlling the temperature of an electric propulsion system. The electric propulsion system includes a discharge channel, an anode, a cathode, an injection system and a magnetic circuit. The injection system injects propellant gas into the discharge channel and the magnetic circuit has at least one magnetic winding to generate a magnetic field in the discharge channel. The temperature at a reference thermal point of the electric propulsion system is determined. The electric propulsion system is heated by the Joule effect by applying a current to the magnetic circuit when the determined temperature is below a minimum temperature predetermined during a stop phase of the electric propulsion system.
