Tank Temperature Probe with Positional Sensor
A sensor device, system, and method for monitoring the internal pressure and temperature of a refrigerant tank during a recovery operation to control a purge operation of the tank based on the conditions thereof during the recovery operation. The sensor device, system, and method further utilize an external temperature sensor, the external temperature sensor operable to indicate that it is properly positioned on the surface of the tank.
Method And Assembly For A Wireless Probe And Interrogator
A method and system for the wireless interrogation of a body immersed in a circulatory bath or a tank for heating. More specifically, the system may include a probe having multiple sensors for gauging a core temperature associated with the immersed body in combination with one or more wireless connections leading to a controller (on a circulator or a user interface) such that the user can determine temperature information (e.g., core temperature) of the body being immersed.
Vibration powered environmental monitoring
A method for monitoring transportation of a package, as well as the apparatus for monitoring transportation, that uses an environmental monitoring device electrically connected to a vibration-to-electricity converter. The vibration-to-electricity converter is electrically attached to the environmental monitoring device.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
An electronic device for low-voltage electrical installations is provided. The electronic device includes a first operational unit having a first insulating housing, a data processing arrangement accommodated in the internal volume of the first operational unit and configured to receive and process detection signals indicative of one or more physical quantities and provided by one or more sensors, a flexible belt of magnetic material having an intermediate portion and opposite first and second end portions, a power supply arrangement configured to feed the data processing arrangement by harvesting electric energy from a magnetic field generated by a current flowing along the current carrying conductor, and a second operational unit configured to couple mechanically, in a removable manner, the first and second end portions of the belt of magnetic material one to another to secure the electronic device to the current carrying conductor.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WIRELESS TEMPERATURE MONITORING OF AN IMPLEMENT
A temperature monitoring system for monitoring bearing temperatures on a machine is provided. The temperature monitoring system includes a temperature sensing device, a cable assembly, and a sensor assembly including a sensor connector and a microcontroller unit (MCU). The sensor connector is electrically coupled to the MCU and is configured to engage the cable assembly. The MCU is configured to determine a temperature based on an electrical parameter of the temperature sensing device and generate temperature data representing the determined temperature. The MCU is further configured to transmit the temperature data to a sensor hub configured to transfer the temperature data to a display of a user interface. Engaging the cable assembly with the sensor connector causes the MCU to be electrically coupled to a battery, and disengaging the cable assembly from the sensor connector causes the MCU to be electrically decoupled from the battery.
Cooking control device, cooking control system and computer program product
The present invention relates to a cooking control device that comprises sensors (120) and a communication unit (145) to communicate with a display processing device (170). In this manner, taste values of the cooking substance reflecting the current status of the cooking process can be compared with pre-stored taste values representative of a desired cooking result and seasoning advice according to a recipe can be established and presented to a user to converge the cooking status with the desired cooking result.
Eyewear device dynamic power configuration
Devices and methods for dynamic power configuration (e.g., reduction) for thermal management (e.g., mitigation) in a wearable electronic device such as an eyewear device. The wearable electronic device monitors its temperature and, responsive to the temperature, configures the services it provides to operate in different modes for thermal mitigation (e.g., to prevent overheating). For example, based on temperature, the wearable electronic device adjusts sensors (e.g., turns cameras on or off, changes the sampling rate, or a combination thereof) and adjusts display components (e.g., adjusted rate at which a graphical processing unit generates images and a visual display is updated). This enables the wearable electronic device to consume less power when temperatures are too high in order to provide thermal mitigation.
