A structure state display system has a measurement means, disposed in a structure, for measuring a physical state relating to the structure, an acquisition means for acquiring measurement information measured with the measurement means, and a creation means for applying a virtual physical quantity according to the measurement information to a design model including the structure and creating a virtual model in which a display showing the physical state of the structure in the design model is changed, and the virtual model is displayed on display means.
Thrombogenicity test apparatus and associated methods
An apparatus for in vitro testing of medical device thrombogenicity includes an enclosure; a heating element thermally coupled to the enclosure; and a temperature feedback circuit operably coupled to the heating element and configured to control the heating element to maintain an interior of the enclosure within a preset temperature range. Positive, negative, and intermediate control rods are provided as standards against which to compare a medical device test article. Multiple blood test loops can be established through the enclosure using a common blood supply. The medical device test article can be placed in one of the loops, while the remaining loops can contain controls. Blood can be circulated through the test loops at a flow rate similar to that encountered in vivo, and thrombus formation can be assessed thereafter.
System and Method for the Improvement of Attitude Control System Testbeds for Small Satellites
A rotational negative-inertia converter (RNIC) has a housing enclosing a flywheel configured to rotate around an axis of symmetry; a motor with a stator attached to the housing and a rotor attached to the flywheel to rotate it around the axis of symmetry; a housing angular accelerometer attached to said housing; a flywheel angular accelerometer; and a controller configured to receive measured accelerometer values from the accelerometers. The controller is configured to drive the motor to maintain the angular acceleration of the flywheel at a value proportional to the housing angular acceleration, with a predetermined proportionality constant.
A method for calibrating an ADCS testbed comprising a DUT holder with three RNICs includes: using measured angular velocities of the DUT holder and RNIC flywheels, and ZGT data, to compute moments of inertia of the DUT holder with and without a satellite with ADCS, allowing compensation for those moments by the RNICs.
Method for driving a tire on a wear rolling road
A method for testing the wear of tires running on a rolling road comprises the following steps: using the construction data of the vehicle and a dynamic equilibrium model, determining the relationship between the speed and the accelerations at the centre of gravity of the vehicle, and the angles and directional forces applied on a given axle; continuously recording the speed and the accelerations of a vehicle travelling on a predetermined route; and disposing the two tires belonging to a same axle on the rolling road and, depending on the recorded speed and acceleration values, the values of the angle of camber, load and longitudinal forces are applied, at all times, on each of the wheels of the axle. The values of the transverse forces undergone by each of the wheels are measured and the drift angle is varied so that the sum of the transverse forces resulting from the drifting of the tires is equal, at all times, to the transverse force applied to the centre of the axle and so that the difference in drift between the two wheels respects the variation in alignment imposed on the axle.

A failure diagnosis system includes a sensor that is provided in a diagnosis target device and detects diagnosis target information of the diagnosis target device, an abnormality determination unit that determines whether or not an abnormality occurs in the diagnosis target device based on the diagnosis target information detected by the sensor, a storage unit that stores a site of the diagnosis target device where the abnormality determination is possible and a sensor installation location where a sensor needs to be installed for the abnormality determination of the site, a designation reception unit that receives designation of a site where the abnormality determination is performed, and a presentation unit that executes predetermined presentation processing. The presentation processing by the presentation unit includes processing of presenting the sensor installation location where the sensor needs to be installed to perform the abnormality determination of the designated site.

An abnormality predicting system includes a processor and a memory having instructions. The instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to execute operations including: inputting processing target data acquired from a target device; storing information related to an abnormality prediction of the processing target data; calculating an abnormality degree of the processing target data; executing processing related to the abnormality prediction including a failure occurrence prediction using a latest abnormality degree transition and a past abnormality degree transition of the processing target data; and generating a display screen for displaying a processing result including an abnormality degree transition and a result of the failure occurrence prediction.

A test fixture for testing aerosol provision devices may include a housing, a plurality of testing modules disposed at the housing where each of the testing modules includes a cavity configured to receive a portion of an aerosol provision device, and processing circuitry operably coupled to the testing modules. Each of the testing modules may be configured to interface with an assembly of a respective one of the aerosol provision devices to transition the assembly between an initial state and a transitioned state during a functional test controlled by the processing circuitry. The processing circuitry may be configured to conduct the functional test of at least two of the testing modules simultaneously.
System and method for training anomaly detection analytics to automatically remove outlier data
A method for detecting anomalies during operation of an asset to improve performance of the asset includes collecting, via a server, data relating to operation of the asset or a group of assets containing the asset. The data includes normal and abnormal asset behavior of the asset or the group of assets containing the asset. Further, the method includes automatically removing, via an iterative algorithm programmed in the server that utilizes one or more inputs or outputs of an anomaly detection analytic, portions of the data containing the abnormal asset behavior to form a dataset containing only the normal asset behavior. The method also includes training, via a computer-based model programmed in the server, the anomaly detection analytic using, at least, the dataset containing only the normal asset behavior. Moreover, the method includes applying, via the server, the anomaly detection analytic to the asset so as to monitor for anomalies during operation thereof.

The processing portion is configured to execute a priority process in which when two or more event conditions of the plurality of event conditions have been satisfied, two or more measurement tasks corresponding to the two or more event conditions are executed in order of priority.
