The two-way pump port is configured to allow material to be drawn or delivered from or to the two-way pump port. The delivery system also includes a chamber and a bypass waste channel that is selectively connectable to the two-way pump port. The plurality of selectable ports includes a selectable chamber port connected to the chamber and the chamber has a chamber waste exit. Material may selectively flow through the chamber to a waste collection via the chamber waste exit or flow to the waste collection via the bypass waste channel that bypasses the chamber waste exit.

Transmission structure of ozone testing machine

A transmission structure of an ozone testing machine has: a transmission frame, a rotation unit, a connecting unit, and a lifting unit. The transmission structure is connected to the lifting shaft and the lifting device via the connecting unit, the bottom of the sleeve of the connecting unit is provided with threaded member screwed to the threaded rod of the lifting device, and the sleeve is fixed onto the sliding member to achieve the linear displacement along the guiding track. During the clockwise and reverse rotations of the servo motor of the lifting device, the lifting shaft can achieve the synchronous operation of the rotation and lifting due to the limited connection with the connecting unit, thereby greatly improving the smoothness of the test process, while maintaining the static and dynamic tests.

Rock mechanical properties from drill cuttings

This disclosure describes a novel method for predicting or estimating rock mechanical properties from cuttings at a particular depth based on determining the facies, plotting the facies on a ternary diagram with clay, silica and carbonate endpoints, and estimating rock mechanical properties based on comparison to a database of core samples from vertical wells that is also organized by depth and facies. We have shown that datapoints at similar locations on the ternary diagram will have fairly similar rock properties. These rock properties can be used to improve the reliability of a variety of reservoir modeling platforms, which can then be used in designing and implementing completion, stimulation and production plans.

Fracture prediction method and device, program, and recording medium

In a deformation simulation of a member joined by spot welding, an effective width being a width in a direction intersecting a direction of a load centered on a spot welded portion (14) on a flange face (13a) where the spot welded portion (14) is provided of a member (10) and changing correspondingly to a change in the load is calculated every predetermined time interval, and fracture of the spot welded portion (14) is predicted using the calculated effective width. This configuration enables precise fracture prediction of a spot welded portion where spot welding is modeled, for example, in a case of performing collision deformation prediction of an automobile member on a computer.
