The present invention provides a fluidic device in which solutions of different concentrations can be easily obtained. The fluidic device includes: a first substrate and a second substrate which are stacked in a thickness direction; an undiluted solution introduction flow path which has an undiluted solution introduction port and which is constituted of a groove part provided on at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate; a first circulation flow path which is constituted of a groove part having an annular shape and having a shared part that shares part of a flow path with the undiluted solution introduction flow path and a non-shared part which is not shared with the undiluted solution introduction flow path and which is connected to a diluting solution introduction port; a second circulation flow path which is provided independently of the first circulation flow path and which is constituted of a groove part having an annular shape and having a shared part that shares some flow path with the undiluted solution introduction flow path and a non-shared part which is not shared with the undiluted solution introduction flow path and which is connected to a diluting solution introduction port; and/or a third circulation flow path which is constituted of a groove part having an annular shape and having a shared flow path that shares part of a flow path with the first circulation flow path and a non-shared flow path which is not shared with the first circulation flow path and which is connected to a diluting solution introduction port, wherein the undiluted solution introduction flow path includes a valve at both ends of the shared part.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fluidic device in which a solution can be introduced into a flow path and be quantified while preventing air bubbles from being generated.

A pair of substrates are provided which are stacked in a thickness direction and in which one substrate includes a flow path constituted by being covered by another substrate. The flow path includes a quantification part that is able to quantify a solution to a predetermined amount. The quantification part includes: a pair of merging/branching portions each of which is surrounded by a contour that matches each of line segments connecting apex positions of an equilateral triangle in a view of the thickness direction or a contour parallel to each of the line segments and at which merging or branching of the solution is performed; and a connection portion that connects the pair of merging/branching portions via one of the apex positions of the equilateral triangle of the merging/branching portion. A valve which regulates a fluid flow in the flow path is provided at the apex position in the merging/branching portion at which the connection portion is not arranged.

An object of the present invention is to provide a flow path device capable of suppressing an occurrence of air bubbles when a solution is introduced into a flow path. A fluidic device has a pair of substrates which are stacked in a thickness direction, one substrate including a flow path formed by being covered with the other substrate. The flow path includes a merging/branching portion which is surrounded by a contour which is configured to match each line segment connecting together apex positions of an equilateral triangle as viewed in the thickness direction or a contour parallel to each line segment and in which solution merges or branches. A valve which is configured to regulate flow of a fluid in the flow path is provided in at least two of the apex positions.
