COMMERCIAL TEA BREWING STATION
A commercial tea brewing station entrains a hot tea flow through a brew basket with an intermittent liquid sweetener flow to dissolve the liquid sweetener in the hot tea brew. A high velocity diluting flow is delivered to the concentrated sweetened tea at an angle to create turbulent back flow, further promoting complete mixing and dissolving of the sweetener and the diluting water, so that no manual mixing step is required.
Apparatus for Brewing a Beverage
An infusion chamber has a top perimeter cover that defines an aperture to pass air to an air vent and receive fluid from fluid outlets. The infusion chamber has an outer chamber and an inner chamber positioned within the outer chamber, where the spacing between the outer chamber and the inner chamber defines a void. An air manifold is positioned at the base of the inner chamber. The air manifold includes air inlet channels, air exit channels and an interior solids filter. The infusion chamber also has a base housing positioned at the bottom of the infusion chamber, and a plunger positioned in the base housing to selectively evict liquid from the inner chamber.
CUP WITH FILTERING SYSTEM
A cup filtering system may include a main body, an inner bottle and a liquid filtering lid. In one embodiment, the inner bottle is slightly smaller than the main body and can be tightly inserted into a receiving space of the main body, and the lid can be secured on top of the inner bottle. In an exemplary embodiment, the inner bottle has a filtering mechanism at the bottom portion of the inner bottle. A control unit is disposed on top of the inner bottle to control open/close of the filtering mechanism. A lid filter can further filter the liquid filtered by the filtering mechanism of the inner bottle.
Disposable combined squeezer/stirrer/dispenser/brewer device
A disposable packaging form is provided for brewed, hot drinks. The invention allows a user to brew the hot drink, squeeze out the brewed contents, and stir the contents of the hot drink. Each action can be performed multiple times before disposal. In some embodiments, the device of the present invention dispenses sweeteners, creamers, flavorings and condiments. The present invention frees the user of the inconvenience of having to collect, wash, or dispose of the stirrers, squeezers and bags of the hot drink individually.
Device for preparing a drink extracted from a capsule
Devices for preparing a drink extracted from a capsule include a capsule mounting and a capsule housing, inside of which at least one water inlet and a capsule-boring means are arranged, wherein the housing is sized so as to at least partially deform any capsule, consisting of a material that is deformable when placed in contact with hot water and placed in the housing, such that the capsule is retained in the housing after the contact thereof with the hot water.
Portable coffee brewing device
A portable coffee brewing system includes a top housing containing a pump and a tube. Portable coffee brewing system also includes a basket housing having a punch operatively connected to the top housing and having a receiving member; the basket housing having a receiving member configured to receive a basket. The basket being capable of holding a coffee grounds holding device which is capable of holding coffee grounds. A nozzle is attached to the lower part of the basket to create an opening for fluid to flow through. The system providing a user with a means of brewing coffee by inserting a coffee grounds holding device into a basket. A punch within the basket punctures the coffee grounds holding device; the basket then being operably connected to the rest of the system so fluid can move through the system when the system is activated to brew coffee or other beverages.
Vacuum infusion method
A process for infusing a consumable substance is described. The process includes the steps of placing a desired amount of an infusion material into a chamber at atmospheric pressure, placing a desired amount of consumable substance into said chamber, sealing said chamber from the surrounding atmosphere, and applying at least one reduced pressure cycle within said chamber. Methods for separating the infusion material from the consumable substance after completion of the infusion process are also described. In addition, devices for infusing liquids or consumable substances, and/or brewing beverages are described. The present invention relates to an apparatus for brewing beverages or infusing a consumable substance having a vessel, said vessel having a sealable chamber for holding a brewing or infusion material and a liquid or consumable substance, and a filter assembly connected to the sealable chamber; a liquid supply and conduit for introducing at least a portion of said liquid supply into said sealable chamber; and a vacuum source and conduit for reducing pressure in said sealable chamber.
Modulated inline water heating system for aircraft beverage makers
A beverage brewing apparatus having a water heating portion and a brewing portion, the water heating portion including a three heating element tank having three heating elements, a three phase power system, and wherein each heating element is powered by a different phase power. Each heating element may operate with a different heating capacity to better control the heating operation, controlled by a processor that manages the brewing apparatus.
