An objective of the present invention is to provide users with an apparatus, that can cut and seal a sandwich in multiple shapes. It is an aim of the present invention to provide a sandwich maker that comprises a semi-transparent or transparent material, which enables users to see and monitor the sandwich, as the crusts of the bread are being cut and the sandwich sealed. Further, the present invention comprises multiple pieces and shapes that serve specific purposes, the functions of which may be performed mutually exclusively. Furthermore, the sealing piece of the present invention has an oblique inner surface, that compresses the upper piece of the sandwich compactly, without creating any cracks or spillage of the filling. Thus, the present invention enables users to have a perfectly sealed, spill proof, and aesthetically appealing sandwich with a slight dome shape.

Portable cooking assemblies are disclosed herein. The portable cooking assemblies include a windscreen and a cooking vessel assembly. The windscreen includes a body that may be movable between a ready-to-use configuration in which the body defines an inner volume configured to receive the cooking vessel assembly and a compact storage configuration. The windscreen may be configured to fit inside the cooking vessel assembly in the compact storage configuration. The windscreen may include a releasable fastening mechanism that is configured to selectively hold the windscreen in the ready-to-use configuration. The windscreen is configured to hold the cooking vessel assembly above a flame, serving as a base for the cooking vessel assembly. Specifically, the windscreen may include one or more support members that extend radially inwardly from the body when the windscreen is in the ready-to-use configuration, and that are configured to hold and/or center the cooking vessel assembly.

Portable cooking assemblies are disclosed herein. The portable cooking assemblies include a windscreen and a cooking vessel assembly. A grill accessory creates a steaming chamber on a grill that has a heat source and a rack of spaced-apart bars over the heat source. The grill accessory includes a cover configured that covers a food item and forms a steaming region below the cover. The cover operates in connection with a vapor generator that receives and holds fluid beneath the cover. The vapor generator has at least one vent opening to release steam into the steaming chamber. The grill accessory is configured so that it can rest upon the grill rack of spaced-apart bars, and so that the vapor generator transmits heat to the fluid in the vapor generator to convert the fluid to steam. The vapor generator releases the steam through the vent opening(s) into the steaming region below the cover. The steam can help melt toppings and/or introduce moisture into food items cooked on the grill.

A grill accessory creates a steaming chamber on a grill that has a heat source and a rack of spaced-apart bars over the heat source. The grill accessory includes a cover configured that covers a food item and forms a steaming region below the cover. The cover operates in connection with a vapor generator that receives and holds fluid beneath the cover. The vapor generator has at least one vent opening to release steam into the steaming chamber. The grill accessory is configured so that it can rest upon the grill rack of spaced-apart bars, and so that the vapor generator transmits heat to the fluid in the vapor generator to convert the fluid to steam. The vapor generator releases the steam through the vent opening(s) into the steaming region below the cover. The steam can help melt toppings and/or introduce moisture into food items cooked on the grill.

A turkey cooking apparatus provides a pot and a specially configured insert (e.g., basket) that rests upon the pot bottom. A lower funnel shaped section and upper tube shaped section are provided inside the pot. The insert (e.g., basket) sits upon funnel shaped portion. The insert has a central opening that is receptive of the tubed portion. Both the insert and the tube section can have openings that enable steam to travel upwardly to cook the turkey carcass.

A turkey cooking apparatus provides a pot and a specially configured insert (e.g., basket) that rests upon the pot bottom. A lower funnel shaped section and upper tube shaped section are provided inside the pot. The insert (e.g., basket) sits upon funnel shaped portion. The insert has a central opening that is receptive of the tubed portion. Both the insert and the tube section can have openings that enable steam to travel upwardly to cook the turkey carcass.

Described herein are portable cooking assemblies, including a portable cooking assembly that may include: a first container having a first sidewall and an opening; a stove disposed in the first container, the stove may include: a second sidewall having an exhaust aperture and an air intake aperture; and a base coupled to the second sidewall; wherein fuel may be capable of being burned within the stove; and a lid coupled to the first sidewall of the first container and covering the opening and the stove.

Described herein are portable cooking assemblies, including a portable cooking assembly that may include: a first container having a first sidewall and an opening; a stove disposed in the first container, the stove may include: a second sidewall having an exhaust aperture and an air intake aperture; and a base coupled to the second sidewall; wherein fuel may be capable of being burned within the stove; and a lid coupled to the first sidewall of the first container and covering the opening and the stove.

A fire pit includes a main body having a double outer wall that defines an air inlet. An accessory support post is received by the main body within the double outer wall. A locking projection and locking flange cooperate to lock the vertical and rotational position of the support post with respect to the main body of the fire pit. A floating fire box is supported from above by a grilling flange that allows the fire box to move down when heated. The accessory post can be used with a post holder next to a camp fire. The post holder and accessory post use of the locking projection and locking flange to secure the accessory post with respect to the holder. A grill having an outer body member protects the user's finger from engaging sharp edges of an expanded metal grill.
