SPECTACLE FRAME, SPECTACLES, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SPECTACLES
A spectacle frame is provided. The spectacle frame includes an chassis; and a support part for supporting a lens. The support part extends downward from the chassis. The support part has a first penetration hole penetrating the support part. The first penetration hole is provided near a base end of the support part. The support part has a second penetration hole penetrating the support part. The second penetration hole is provided near a distal end of the support part. A holder thread is to be inserted through the first penetration hole and the second penetration hole, engaged in a groove provided around the lens between the first penetration hole and the second penetration hole, so as to hold the lens under the chassis.
Light-emitting diode glasses, control system for multiple light-emitting diode glasses, and control method therefor
The present invention relates to light-emitting diode glasses, a control system for multiple light-emitting diode glasses, and a control method therefor. The light-emitting diode glasses according to the present invention comprise: a glasses frame comprising a pair of leg frames and a front frame which is connected to one end of each of the pair of leg frames and has a plurality of light-emitting diodes provided thereon; a memory unit which is provided on the glasses frame and has one or more items of first pattern data stored therein; a communication module for communicating one or more items of second pattern data with a control terminal unit; and a control unit, provided on the glasses frame, for controlling the operation of the light-emitting diodes so that the first pattern data or the second pattern data are displayed via the light-emitting diodes.
Wearable with lenses
An eyewear wearable includes an eyewear frame, a lens integrated into the eyewear frame, a display integrated with the lens, an intelligent control housing mounted at a behind-the-ear portion of the eyewear frame, an intelligent control with graphics support mounted within the intelligent control housing, a near field magnetic induction transceiver disposed within the intelligent control housing for communicating with an earpiece, the near field magnetic induction transceiver operatively connected to the intelligent control, and a cable between the intelligent control housing and the display.
CIRCUITS AND METHODS FOR WEARABLE DEVICE CHARGING AND WIRED CONTROL
Methods and devices for wired charging and communication with a wearable device are described. In one embodiment, a symmetrical contact interface comprises a first contact pad and a second contact pad, and particular wired circuitry is coupled to the first and second contact pads to enable charging as well as receive and transmit communications via the contact pads as part of various device states.
RX SHELL READY TO RX
A method and an optical system adapted for a wearer having an ophthalmic prescription. The optical system includes an optical device having a planar optical function, and an optical lens having an optical function based on the prescription of the wearer. The rear face of the optical device is attached to the front face of the optical lens, the optical device having at least one mechanical reference so as to allow an accurate relative position of the optical device and the optical lens.
Circuits and methods for wearable device charging and wired control
Methods and devices for wired charging and communication with a wearable device are described. In one embodiment, a symmetrical contact interface comprises a first contact pad and a second contact pad, and particular wired circuitry is coupled to the first and second contact pad to enable charging as well as receive and transmit communications via the contact pads as part of various device states.
EYEGLASSES WITH EASY SNAP-ON LENSES
The present invention provides a pair of eyeglasses that can adapt to different vision needs in each eye and environments of different light intensity. The eyeglasses with easy snap-on lenses allow one to select individual lens of proper vision correction for each eye, and mount the lenses to the eyeglass frame with ease and without the use of any tool.
Eyewear Lens Holder
A lens holder for eyeglass frames having a pliable body with a lens opening for engagement of a lens therein and a circumferential edges configured to engage with a lens aperture of an eyewear frame to hold the lens operatively positioned therein. A front surface portion extending from the pliable body contacts a front surface of the eyeglass frame and is formed with a width narrower than a rear surface portion extending from the pliable body which contacts a rear facing surface of the eyewear frame. The shorter front surface deforms under the force of a projectile contacting an engaged lens within the lens holder and dissipates the force to help maintain the lens mounted within the lens opening and prevent dismounts the full force causes when not dissipated.
HARD MULTI-COAT ON OPTICAL ARTICLE
An optical device and method for manufacturing the optical device is provided. The optical device comprises an optical article having a substrate, a primer layer, and a hard multi-coat (HMC). The HMC comprises at least one layer. At least one of the layers, the substrate, and the HMC comprises at least one carbon allotrope that is absorbed by diffusion. The method of manufacturing involves combining and organic solvent and deionized water to form a solution, mixing into the solution at least one carbon allotrope, applying sonication to the solution an optical article comprising at least one of a substrate, a primer layer on the substrate, and a HMC, immersing and then withdrawing the optical article from the solution, withdrawing the optical article from the solution, and evaporating excess liquid from the solution.
Electronic frames comprising electrical conductors
In some embodiments, an electronic eyewear device is provided. The electronic eyewear device may comprise a temple, a touch sensor, a plurality of electronic components, and an enclosure partially enclosing the touch sensor and the plurality of electronic components. The enclosure may have a first opening that exposes a surface of the touch sensor. The exposed surface of the touch sensor may define a top surface of the plurality of electronics components. The enclosure may be attached to the temple.
