OPTIMISED PAD HOLDER AND SPECTACLE MOUNT COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE SUCH OPTIMISED PAD HOLDER
A pad holder for spectacle mounts, the pad holder comprising a fastening part configured to be mounted in a housing of the spectacle mount along an insertion axis X oriented from back to front, the fastening part comprising a closing face comprising an auxiliary groove configured to cooperate with a lens of the spectacle mount in order to lock the pad holder and a mounting face comprising at least one blocking tooth configured to be forced against a wall of the housing during the mounting of the lens.
Display system with virtual image distance adjustment and corrective lenses
A head-mounted device may have a display that displays computer-generated content for a user. The head-mounted device may have an optical system that directs the computer-generated image towards eye boxes for viewing by a user. The optical system may be a see-through optical system that allows the user to view a real-world object through the optical system while receiving the computer-generated image or the optical system may include a non-removable lens and a removable vision correction lens through which an opaque display is viewable. The optical system may include a removable lens. The removable lens may serve as a custom vision correction lens to correct for a user's vision defects. The optical system may have a projection bias lens that places computer-generated content at one or more desired virtual image distances and a corresponding compensation bias lens.
INTERCHANGEABLE TINTED LENS GLASSES
An interchangeable eyeglass lens system allows for the placement and easy removal of lenses to a pair of glasses to create various shades and colors of sunglasses. The glasses may include a set of prescription lenses permanently fixed to the frame and a second set of lenses that slide into a groove in the frame. The present invention is further a method of interchanging the tinted lenses within the glasses.
Eyewear article with interference filter
An eyewear article for wearing outside of the human eye includes a flexible, transparent interference filter film with a multi-layer structure, wherein the interference filter film includes at least one filter layer with a layer thickness dimensioned to reduce a transmission of light of a selected range of wavelengths by optical interference. The interference filter film may have a static cling surface configured for removable attachment to a lens surface or an attachment layer affixed to the interference filter film for temporary or permanent attachment to a lens surface, for example by adhesion. The interference filter film may alternatively be bonded to an optical lens or form a separate structure for mechanical or magnetic mounting on eyeglasses.

EYEWEAR SYSTEM
This eyewear system is provided with a first lens including an optical characteristic variation region in which an optical characteristic varies, a first frame for retaining the first lens, and a second frame for retaining a second lens different from the first lens, the first frame having a first attachment part for attaching the first frame to the second frame, or the second frame having a second attachment part for attaching the second frame to the first frame, so that the first lens and the second lens face each other and the optical characteristic variation region is positioned in the field of view of a subject through the second lens.

EYEGLASSES HAVING A SNAP-ON ONE-PIECE LENS
A pair of eyeglasses includes a primary lens, a primary lens frame including upper and lower frame sections, and at least one snap-on unit disposed between the primary lens and the primary lens frame and including upper and lower engaging members respectively provided on top and bottom portions of the primary lens, and upper and lower engaging blocks respectively protruding from the upper and lower frame sections toward the primary lens. The top and bottom portions of the primary lens are removably embedded in the upper and lower frame sections through snapping engagement between the upper engaging block and the upper engaging member and between the lower engaging block and the lower engaging member.
Goggle with replaceable lens
A goggle may include a goggle frame, a lens assembly magnetically coupled to the goggle frame, and first and second retention features securing the lens assembly to the goggle frame at first and second locations, respectively, to resist decoupling of the lens assembly from the goggle frame. The lens assembly may be removable from the goggle frame by actuating only one of the first retention feature or the second retention feature. A method of removing a lens assembly from a goggle frame may include actuating a first latch securing the lens assembly to the goggle frame; after actuating the first latch, pivoting the lens assembly away from the goggle frame about a second latch securing the lens assembly to the goggle frame; and after pivoting the lens assembly, laterally translating the lens assembly away from the second latch without actuating the second latch.
AUGMENTED REALITY DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING VISION CORRECTION LENS FOR AUGMENTED REALITY
An augmented reality display device including a vision correction lens includes an optical combining element disposed to be inclined with respect to an eyeglass, a virtual image supply unit supplying a virtual image to the optical combining element, and a vision correction lens (frequency clip) disposed to be inclined with respect to the eyeglass. The vision correction lens and the optical combining element may be disposed parallel to each other with the same inclination angle.
