WEARABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING ANTENNA
An example wearable electronic device including an antenna may include: a bridge; a first rim disposed in a first direction of the bridge, and a second rim disposed in a second direction of the bridge opposite to the first direction; and a first temple configured to be folded or unfolded with respect to the first rim using a first hinge, and a second temple configured to be folded or unfolded with respect to the second rim using a second hinge, wherein the first temple may include a first cut-off portion, and a first conductive portion and a second conductive portion separated by the first segmenting portion, wherein the second temple may include a second segmenting portion, and a third conductive portion and a fourth conductive portion separated by the second segmenting portion, and wherein the first conductive portion may include a printed circuit board on which a wireless communication circuit is disposed, a feeding point electrically connected to the wireless communication circuit, and at least one conductive connection member electrically connecting the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion.
Eyewear with detection system
Eyewear having monitoring capability, such as for radiation or motion, is disclosed. Radiation, such as ultraviolet (UV) radiation, infrared (IR) radiation or light, can be measured by a detector. The measured radiation can then be used in providing radiation-related information to a user of the eyewear. Motion can be measure by a detector, and the measured motion can be used to determine whether the eyewear is being worn.

Loudspeaker
The present disclosure relates to a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker may include an earphone core, an auxiliary function module, and a flexible circuit board. The earphone core may be configured to convert an electric signal into a vibration signal. The auxiliary function module may be configured to receive an auxiliary signal and execute an auxiliary function. The flexible circuit board may be configured to electrically connect to an audio signal wire and an auxiliary signal wire of an external control circuit, and electrically connect the audio signal wire and the auxiliary signal wire with the earphone core and the auxiliary function module via the flexible circuit board, respectively. The loudspeaker in the present disclosure may simplify the wire routing and improve sound quality.
Modular acoustic systems
A modular audio system which includes an acoustic module configured to be removably engaged with a head-worn peripheral device. In some examples, the head-worn peripheral device is a pair of eyeglass frames and the acoustic module is configured to removably secure to a socket arranged on the inside face of the temples of the eyeglasses. The acoustic module may be configured to magnetically engage with the peripheral device such that, in a resting, coupled position, respective components of magnetic retention force are provided in at least two axial directions that are orthogonal to each other; i.e., a first component of magnetic retention force is provided in a first (horizontal) axial direction and a second component of magnetic retention force is provided in a second (vertical) axial direction.
Eyewear including a push-pull lens set
Eyewear having a stereoscopic display including a lens system, and a push-pull lens set including prisms to produce a binocular overlap of two images that coincides with an accommodation plane. The overlap of two virtual images generated by a respective display as seen by the user's two eyes provides user comfort. The stereoscopic display may have a single accommodation plane, where the binocular overlap of the two virtual images depends on the location of the accommodation plane and the depth of the content formed by disparity in the two images. By providing the content at or near the location where the virtual images are at least substantially overlapped, the user viewing comfort is improved. The binocular overlap is controlled by tilting or steering the virtual images inward, such that the overlap occurs at the accommodation plane.
Eyewear display having offset bonding
Eyewear including a multi-layered display having an adhesive bonding the layers together at an offset distance inward from an outer edge of the layers. The display has an image display layer, such as an optical waveguide in one example, and a pair of layers encompassing the image display layer and which may comprise optically transparent substrates, such as glass. A respective adhesive is positioned the offset distance inward from the outer edge of the display layer between the image display layer and each of the pair of layers to reduce stress in the display. Each of the adhesives may be a continuous bead such that there is no adhesive between the pair of layers and the image display layer at the outer edges. In one example, the offset distance may be at least double the thickness of the image display layer to reduce stress in the image display layer.
Disassembly and assembly structure of glasses side cover
Provided is a disassembly and assembly structure of a glasses side cover, including a pair of glasses and at least one side cover. The glasses have a frame and two temples. At least one temple is provided with a chute with an opening adjacent to the pivot portion. The chute forms a first end and a second end along the length direction, and an end of the opening adjacent to the first end is provided with a resisting portion. The at least one side cover has a guide seat and a first plate arranged below the guide seat. The guide seat detachably straddles an outer edge of the opening, and is provided with an operating member received in the chute. The front end of the operating member is provided with a positioning block. When the operating member slides to the first end, the positioning block is embedded between the first end and the resisting portion to be fixed according to the elasticity of the material. When the operating member is pressed, the positioning block is detached from the fixation and slid to the second end such that the side cover can be detached from the temple.
Wearable audio system supporting enhanced hearing support
Techniques for providing wearable electronic devices with electrical components are disclosed. The electrical components can provide electrical technology to eyewear to facilitate audio support including enhanced hearing. The electrical components can operate independently or together with other electrical components provided elsewhere. The wearable electronic devices with electronic components can, for example, provide audio output, audio enhancements, or event-related audio content.
